I have been having maintenance issues seens i moved in to my apartment my fire deteor doesnt work my sink is rotten from the bottom everytime i open the water it smells like rotten egg theres roaches all over the place i clean my home i kept as clean as i can at first i thought its because it was empty but no theres alot i had tried everything i can to get 2017-02-06T07:12:19Z

Whenever you need fixing it takes forever Pool was never open for the longest time ever However theres the park next to the apts People are nice for the most part and mind their own business Place looks nice and rooms are decent Lady tried to charge us for an appliance that was already taken care of with the guy before her when moving out it was ridiculous They have this rule now where you have to have a sticker on your car or if you dont the tow truck comes takes your car and night and get charged 300 dollars in donna Also they only give you ONE pass for a guest so they dont get towednnUpdate So she was petty and put that we stole the stove when in reality it broke and we had it removed because we just wanted to put our own stove She did this to charge and get money out of us She is really disorganized with paper work or is just trying to steal from people and charge them again for money more ... hide ...
