I am very pleased with the service that Grand Manor has provided our HOA I am the newest member of the HOA Board and must admit that initially I was not entirely supportive of a management company taking over what the Board had historically done But Grand Manor has been very supportive and each day I realize the value of hiring Grand Manor services Shelly

There is a lot of suspicious activity at Pioneer Place West and East apartment campuses Plano Community Homes At times Pioneer Place campus is very quiet and clean but other times it is horrifying creepy and very unpleasant There is a lot of rampant fear and paranoia that the senile elderly residents might burn down their kitchens or catch the clothes dryers
