The apartment is decent But the management is slow to reply for everything no matter how patient you are Maintenance workers do everything NOT to do any work I have been waiting two months to get a hole fixed under my sink thats been there since I moved into my apartment My garage was hit badly while I was home with my car inside They came looked at it I was 2020-12-07T22:27:41Z
The apartment is decent But the management is slow to reply for everything no matter how patient you are Maintenance workers do everything NOT to do any work I have been waiting two months to get a hole fixed under my sink thats been there since I moved into my apartment My garage was hit badly while I was home with my car inside They came looked at it I was told it was going to be fixed the same day They left I called hours later and no one would pick up the phone Now I have a garage I cant close all the way nor open all the way and a vehicle stuck inside So basically Im stuck with no help from my apartment management more ... hide ...

The experience is bad The communication with these people is terrible They need to send Quality Control specialist down there to that office Some stran6things is going on They have no Empathy or Sympathy for a humans on section 8 They need to replace the Receptionist and the inspector Its some dirt going on in that office I would not recommend no one 2022-05-18T19:56:42Z

Maintenance and the management sucks They take forever when they say they will let maintenance know I have had to call them 2x already and already spoke to maintenance which told me to call them Both worthless
