I have lived here for a year Nice apartments and convenient since its close to downtown The staff was always friendly when we had any issues with the apartment I think the only downside is that the gated parking is always broken and they have not made the effort to even do anything about it I got my car broken into once During our stay our mailboxes were broken into but luckily they fixed that issue so it didnt happen again They have cameras that are useless that dont work I really wish they did things that would make our community more safer and secured Especially during big events random people will park in our community taking up all the parking spots and thats when peoples cars get broken into cause they dont reinforce who parks in our reserved resident parking spots But other then that i has a good stay

I have lived here for a little over a year I have discussed these issues with Management from the time I moved in Roached are horrible I have asked to be on the list to be sprayed monthly That never happened I have been trying to get a parking spot CLOSE TO MY APT as long as I have lived here People that moved in AFTER me have gotten the spots The amenities are a JOKE They open the Gym Media room and game room from 104 Some of us Seniors work until 5530 The pool was closed all last year Covid and didnt open this year until well after Memorial Day Went to swim this weekend it is locked up No notice The trash is always full The gates are usually broken and the coded door to get into the main building is ALWAS UNLOCKED This place is NOT SECURE at all I found a homeless drunk man in the main building last year Nothing has come to fruition that was promised when I moved in Rent is now going up WARNING

The lady I took a Tour with was more than helpful and answered all my questions The apt itself was HUGEEE you would have never known from the outside It really is a hidden GEM The pools are crystal clear blue Has a park for the kiddos and they are expanding it So much potential I cant wait to see the end result Really excited to be moving in

I was searching for an apartment for months and nothing really checked the boxes This checked every box when I found them and then some I moved in when playland was still a thing and voodoo didnt exist yet The basement had a speakeasy everything I could need and most anything I might want was within walking distance The views on the higher floors are awesome

I was searching for an apartment for months and nothing really checked the boxes This checked every box when I found them and then some I moved in when playland was still a thing and voodoo didnt exist yet The basement had a speakeasy everything I could need and most anything I might want was within walking distance The views on the higher floors are awesome and now that voodoo is here my walk to work is a very dangerous excursion for my wallet The current property manager Ms Nydia is quite possibly the best property manager Ive ever had at any apartment She goes out of her way to organize community events so all of us can socialize and network with each other and holidays are always a blast 9 out of 10 amazing apartment The only thing keeping it a perfect 10 is just a personal crusade of me voting with my wallet Id love it if they had converted the now basement area to a small gym andor a mini movie theater The problem with this idea is that its strictly for the residents and doesnt really generate revenue for the business I get it they are in it to make money So as much as I love this location the staff and the unit once my lease is up Ill be voting with my wallet and looking for a new place to stay Dont let my opinion decide whether or not you look into staying here Like I said 910 a phenomenal place to live and I would definitely recommend this place 1010 times
