Moved into this complex last September and loved that I was able to move into a new apartment Maintenance was kept up at that time but its a different story now I sent a work order for a defective burner on 892022 and have stopped by the office and have been given the runaround from the Mgr The gates have also stopped working morre than a couple months ago a 2022-09-27T20:05:54Z

I really like it here my apartment is spacious and at the price I pay I will not find anything else like this in the Medical Center of SA I can see some people may be contemplating on leaving at the end of their lease term but I say GOOD LUCK in finding anything nice and spacious at this price The staff is amazing Jon is awesome and a hard worker Mercedes is 2018-05-26T21:48:35Z

Im a new resident here and it has not been a week and I already love my little cozy apartment Its very quiet here and no one bothers me So far I have not experienced any type of pest issues or noisy neighbors as I did at my previous residence As long as you keep your area clean and stay to yourself you should be good to go The maintenance crew gets everythin 2022-08-16T19:46:48Z
Im a new resident here and it has not been a week and I already love my little cozy apartment Its very quiet here and no one bothers me So far I have not experienced any type of pest issues or noisy neighbors as I did at my previous residence As long as you keep your area clean and stay to yourself you should be good to go The maintenance crew gets everything done in a timely manner which is more than I can say for the last place where I used to reside Even the property owners are extremely nice and helpful They made moving into my apartment very smooth and easy Its a blessing to be here after coming from a complex that did not care about me my health or my safety issues Even the price for rent is very reasonable and it cannot be beat for a one bedroom apartment The only thing that I would like to see is maybe some remodeling outside of the building and for the breeze ways to be kept a little bit cleaner But thats definitely up to the residence to do their part But other than that very quiet and its very peaceful here I like the fact that its also small and that its not a large community Even the stores and restaurants are within walking distance so you dont always have to drive I also love the fact that I have a very large balcony that I can relax on and look out on to see whats going on outside You can even take the bus to get to where you need to go Definitely would recommend this place if youre looking to start over like I am more ... hide ...

Been here for 3 years At first our apartment was a mess when we moved in However since management was replaced 12 years ago they have done an amazing job of maintaining the complex and implementing changes They are always attentive to our needs and requests as residents Raul our head of maintenance is really great at his job and does a wonderful job at getting things fixed quickly and correctly Overall the complex stays clean and landscaped Neighbors have never caused us any problems and have always been respectful and I think as long as you mind your own no one bothers you I dont have any complaints as of the past year or more and Im hoping our current management sticks around more ... hide ...
