Management should be ashamed of themselves and so should the government since this complex is government funded Seems like to me the only ones getting funded is management My friend lives out here and if I could I would move her in with me I hate to go spend time with her due to her roach problem Im always killing roaches Ive even bought a can of raid so I could do some pest control myself Theres only one maintenance guy so it takes forever to fix anything so on top of that the AC units leaking water all over the place The play ground is never accompanied with adults with some of them foul mouth children fighting on children much smaller than them Lets not mention the killings sad to say even my exs nephew was ambushed sitting in his car waiting on a friend Things really need to change at this complex and I believe it starts from the topnSOS please help the residents of Antioch Village Apartments SOS more ... hide ...

The community is not bad but they should really invest a little bit of money back into the residents and plant some new grass all over the community just to brighten up the community and make it look a little more decent and livable

My thoughts on the Maintenance Staff Maintenance man name RAUL has been faithfully working at the Stonehouse Community almost for as long as I have been a resident here I have seen at least 5 changes in Maintenance Team Managers and just plain regular staff maintenance and RAUL is the Only Original maintenance team member that exist and forms part of the cur 2020-08-19T23:14:01Z

I had called on Saturday and spoke to someone who had said theyre was a two bedroom going to be available in middle of JulyThey had told me come on Monday come look at the model unit1 bedroom and fill out the application I walk in this morning and am I wouldnt say greeted by a very rude woman in the front office looking me up and down asking me what I want I 2022-06-27T15:30:23Z
I had called on Saturday and spoke to someone who had said theyre was a two bedroom going to be available in middle of JulyThey had told me come on Monday come look at the model unit1 bedroom and fill out the application I walk in this morning and am I wouldnt say greeted by a very rude woman in the front office looking me up and down asking me what I want I had let her know I spoke to someone on Saturday she proceeds to tell me in a rude disrespectful tone that theres no model unit theres no two bedroom open looks me up and down again and says they are income based and she doesnt have anything for me I 100 have never felt so disrespected The person I talked to Saturday was very professional this lady shouldnt be working in the position she is So you know who I delt with it was Monday June 27th at 10am and I was the African American man who came in I will be leaving reviews and telling anyone I know not to rent from this complex Making future residents feel u comfortable and not wanted is bad for business If I could give zero starts I would more ... hide ...

Not Good idea to move in Costa Dorada first time when i go to apply Rose help and I was a Armani Sunglasses and she ask me for some papers i forgot in my truck and i left my Sunglasses at the desk and when i come back they werent in the desk she took it and the people for maintance they dont do anithing right They always cut the water and some times they dont notice and is alot of cockroach and they never clean the outside stairs theres so dirty alot of spiderweb and the floor and the cabinets are all ugly and they always steel on the cars alot in the parking we have work trucks and they dosent respect at all we notice them and they dont do anyting and the ladies in front desk dosent help you just when they want andnone day the security tell me to move from the parking cause Rose the assistance manager she is not assistance manger but him said that is gonna park there and i went the following day to complain and she said it wasnt her truck and we know her truck and is alot of cats and there in the valoconies and the swimming pool is darty and the people has the radio so late and they do anithing and they gave a sticker to parking lot and i get a diffrent truck and Rose ask me for insurance and title and all the papers to see How much i pay and evrthing and I ask the neighboors and she didnt ask for anithing just the insurance and she ask me for everthing and one day i left my car to te mechanic and ai bring my brother car and i call her to she can give me a temporaly paper to put it in the car cause i dont have sticker and she dont wan it she said park the car outside and few hours later i call again i tell the other lady work there and i told her let me talk with the manager and she said that she can give me the tempraly paper they dont let me talk to the manager and the duster there is so bad soooo and they have gym just 4 machines and doesnt work and they lock the doors so people cant go to do exercise and they always send notice cause always steel things from mailboxes soooo think twice if u want to move there and is alot noice we can rest there and the air central always need repair cause does t work good every day charge the rent always is more more ... hide ...
