The building has issues that we were informed will be getting worked on Some sketchy people still around The manager is great as well as his help but some Residence will not throw trash out they leave it near elevator which attracts roaches rodents Plus window at end of hallway by fire escape gets opened and people lower stairs to let others in security seems lax with residence and some of the community that use to live here still try to continue with the old agenda of partying and hanging in hallways and holding elevator for extended time on upper floors There is no floor covering in most apts some apts are better than others Its a work in progress Rome wasnt built in a day so if you need a place to live that is in the downtown area near the Alamo and Travis Park this is the best place for you Its income based The wine bar is no longer downstairs instead it a loud bar with activities that are not neighbourly When we got home at 7 the bar had put a valet service taking all the parking Infront of the building which is meter parking most residents had to park several blocks away There are a lot of different parking permits but between both business hotel and bar its best not to own a car public transportation for sure or walking Lots of homeless always begging Some shady bars tattoo parlor near by The hotel is up scale and a few nice businesses near by more ... hide ...

I applied for a 4 bedroom as well as paid the 200 holding fee I had been waiting almost two months for a response back I never got one I had to keep calling so I asked for my holding fee back I was told it would take up to 14 days Now it is March 1 and I still have not received it I truly feel it is about getting your money not renting apartments with them T 2022-03-02T03:26:26Z

OMG I absolutely love being a resident at this property Shelby the property assistant manager is so awesome Shes so helpful and alway helps with any issues Been here 2 years and they are awesome From the leasing agents to maintenance super awesome I absolutely recommend calling Eagle Ridge home
