I have lived at what is now called the Ravello Apts for over 11 yrs The apartments were building for people 55 and over and for Section 8 I have worked and able to pay full rent 760 monthly Im 73 yrs old and due to medical issues and age now unable to work I tried to apply for Section 8 but was told you can apply but you wont get approved to live here you 2021-11-14T18:31:56Z
I have lived at what is now called the Ravello Apts for over 11 yrs The apartments were building for people 55 and over and for Section 8 I have worked and able to pay full rent 760 monthly Im 73 yrs old and due to medical issues and age now unable to work I tried to apply for Section 8 but was told you can apply but you wont get approved to live here you would have to move Last week I spoke to Minda Apt Mgr regarding my countless work orders and repairs to flood lights being out since last April 2020 I was told by Minda that owners of property are NOT concerned about any repairs that they are only interested in having 100 occupancy and money in their pockets so dont count on any repairs I asked Minda why no notice was sent to people living here about no more Section 8 and she informed me that they DONT have to inform nobody I was told that sometime next year they will get all renters currently living here under Section 8 will be informed to find new place to live Before this corporate party took over it WAS a well groomed community There was office management that wasnt rude the office was always open now they come in late leave early dont answer phones simply dont care We pay rent and that includes having repairs done where we live Why did you buy this property if your intentions are to hurt older people But like Minda said to corporate its all about money and dont care about anything else more ... hide ...

Tomorrow marks my one month Ive been living in the apartment and I just want to say I appreciate Miss Jenny Hernandez for helping me get in I was so close to giving up but she made it happen On my birthday was the day I moved in and it was the best birthday present ever Thank you once again miss Jenny

Have not lived here yet but based on the response of the office staff compared to other places it looks like a nice place The lady in the office was very nice and was willing to listen to our situation They are very helpful Went to several places to look and this is the one and only place that took any time to deal with us Were very helpful Thank you

Been living here for about 7 months and its been the worse Cops all the time Cars getting broken into roaches and spiders like crazy Mold in the tubs toilets Office ladys are RUDE and they dont care about any issues Takes weeks to get things fixed My carpet has never been cleaned when we moved in it was already so dirty Regret moving into these apartments
