I have lived here for a year and love the place Cathy is a great manager is doing her best to keep up with everything especially since Esmeralda left I miss her The only thing I dont like is my upstairs neighbors are always stopping and banging on the floor and running their vacuum late Also smoking in their apartment and next to my front door and its coming 2020-11-03T23:23:50Z

In the middle of June someone tried getting into our mailbox and broke something In the key hole Went to management and they said they would get maintenance to get the keyhole fixed Meanwhile management had been holding onto our mail in the office and I would collect from them Come July 1st it was brand new management they didnt mentioned and got rid of all 2022-07-11T22:20:46Z
In the middle of June someone tried getting into our mailbox and broke something In the key hole Went to management and they said they would get maintenance to get the keyhole fixed Meanwhile management had been holding onto our mail in the office and I would collect from them Come July 1st it was brand new management they didnt mentioned and got rid of all the staff I went 11 July to collect my mail and I was surprised to be greeted by new staff When I mentioned my situation and was there to pick up the mail no one had no clue as to what was going on When I thought my situation was being fixed it was just let go of like the staff was The new management barely even let me get out a question as she kept implying no I dont knownBut they made sure to send out a letter stating they will be collecting rent in money order but not bothered to take over the maintenance problems around the complex HORRIBLE more ... hide ...

I hate to give a negative review but me and my boyfriend are looking for a new apartment to move to in may and I have called many times and scheduled appointments to view and I have never been reached back out to Havent heard anything from this complex I fear this may be the ONLY way I can get anyone to contact me I just need information The location of this 2022-04-04T13:37:31Z
