Needs better business hours I came at 12 they have a sign that says come back at 2 came back a little after 2 and the sign changed to come back at 4 it shouldnt take over 34 hours just to go to lunch or do something other involving people who need housing If thats the case please put up a sign You are open from 830am to 6pm 4 hours of not being open takes a

If I could give this place no stars I would They have some sweet ladies that work in the front but when it comes to your family member who passes away they rush you out of the apartment and if your not out in one week sometimes two week time frame they steal your stuff and claim no one ever saw it even after you have videos to prove otherwise I wouldnt recom

If I could give this place no stars I would They have some sweet ladies that work in the front but when it comes to your family member who passes away they rush you out of the apartment and if your not out in one week sometimes two week time frame they steal your stuff and claim no one ever saw it even after you have videos to prove otherwise I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemynnMy fatherinlaw passed away in his apartment A few days before he did he paid for the following months rent We lived in Houston so we went up one weekend to clean out and left stuff we want to keep in a bedroom in his apartment I had videos of what we wanted The following weekend we went up the following weekend and we were going to get a trailer to bring stuff back home with us We went to check put the apartment before we got the trailer and his apartment was cleaned out Sentimental things that cant be replaced and all The front office had all my info email address phone numbers and address So they could of contacted me before doing away with my stuff They claim that they didnt take any of it So what happened to all him stuff No one knewnnPlease think twice before living here please I wouldnt want this to happen to you

Great place to live in and make friends quickly Staff is wonderful and always willing to help Springtown Villa also has an established Resident Council and one of the longest ongoing in the San Marcos Housing Authority The residents here treat you as family from day one and try to help one another in a time of need

Had to leave review under 5 stars because if not it willnNot post They are fraudulent Currently a resident hereworking on movingthis is by far the worst place to come live atmanagement shows no concern whatsoever about their tenants water gets turned off time after time with no notice prior to the shut offwork orders go years being ignoredmoney orders come up missingno one is ever at the office physically during business hourseven prior to covidthere is new management that puts all the blame on prior management but thats not the case considering we know whats a new issue versus an old oneapts are fill with black moldwgen brought to attention the complex says is not black moldbut how do you know if I havent seen anyone come in my apt to check any of the issues out in yearsroof tops are caving in and they have the nerve to place now leasing signs on the front of the complexthis complex will not pass code even if they gave them aonth to preparedo not lease herethey always have attitudes when you express concerns Im on the process of contacting media outlets such as the newscity codes and property owners so I can get light on these done new neighbors just moved in next to us and already there ceiling caved in Human feces all over the front of our apartment for about a week before they attempted to clean it and then it happens again People should not live like this regardless of how much help they need through housing Some of us have kids and the conditions are unhealthy I would attach videos and pics I have subliminal recorded but I dont know how Enough is enough If you need help and find yourself in the market for affordable housing apartments I would just advice not to come here ceiling currently leaking as I type this

Encino Pointe is a great apartment option in San Marcos The staff in the office is friendly and helpful The groundskeepers do an excellent job at keeping the apartment complex clean Maintenance goes above and beyond with same day service The apartment manager does an excellent job to make sure all of his tenants are happy with there staynIf your looking for
