For me renting an apartment isnt all about money but if that is a factor for you as it is with most Woodhollow gives you more bang for the buck For me now in my seventh month renting here It is more important to enjoy coming home to your humble abode knowing you live in a good safe and friendly community I am 63 years old and I have been renting apartments for about thirty of those years The residents and management which is new here at Woodhollow make it nice to come home I get waves smiles hellos and for the first time ever was even invited to have Thanksgiving dinner together with three families of great neighbors who were just friends I havent met yet I was happily surprised and elated to join them for a great dinner fun laughter and we became fast friends Thats never happened to me anywhere I lived at in in the past Funny but most apartments Ive rented at in the past just saying hello would get me a look as if I had three heads The grounds maintenance HVAC filter changes and preventative extermination services schedule insure us that there have never been any unpleasant issues Honestly our Managers Randie Michelle along with the friendly maintenance team here are genuine and go out of their way to make our day better If I was an apartment judge I would say YES I definitely recommend this complex as your next home You will be glad as well as happy you chose Woodhollow Apartments in Waco Texas I know a am more ... hide ...

We got this apartment and were moving here from out of state After a 20 he drive to get there we just wanted to move in and relax When they showed us our apartment it reeked of cigarette smoke The manager claimed that it didnt smell earlier but we looked at it over a three hour period and it still reeked even though these are supposed to be non smoking apart 2021-12-16T14:40:41Z
We got this apartment and were moving here from out of state After a 20 he drive to get there we just wanted to move in and relax When they showed us our apartment it reeked of cigarette smoke The manager claimed that it didnt smell earlier but we looked at it over a three hour period and it still reeked even though these are supposed to be non smoking apartments They would not give us a different apartment so we had to cancel our lease which they did not give us a full refund for On top of all that the layouts online do not match what the apartments actually look like first floor apartments do not have nice fenced porches like it shows online We also found that the fan in the bathroom wouldnt turn on and there were a few cosmetic issues All the carports are also located at the back of the facility so if you pay for those you have to walk all the way to your apartment from there Overall really dissatisfied we should have been notified about the problems it had instead of them trying to cover it up Honestly there are better places out there with kinder people more ... hide ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE BUG INFESTED UNSAFE These apartments are disgusting The showroom is NOTHING like the actual apartments which have mold everywhere water damage on the windows and blinds cracks and crevices everywhere for bugs to get through in the bathroom living room kitchen and bedrooms I live on the first floor and we constantly have bugs crawling underneath our front door They will lie about your lease agreement and are incredibly unprofessional when confronted with any type of issue They tried to make me pay for a flea infestation when we have no animals in our apartment The amenities are poorly kept and hardly ever available to residents The gate has constant issues and is rarely working Its extremely unsafe too and you will hear gunshots in the complex at least once a month Maintenance will not fulfill your requests and you will be ignored any time you confront them about this I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and it will seriously disturb your peace if you sign here more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 2 years The complex is now under new management and a whole new maintenance staff and from what I can see they arent doing much better The only member of the staff that has actually listened to residents issues and responded to them is Sonia My friend who also lives here has had MOLD growing in her laundry room for months has notified the office and submitted requests yet nobody has even come to look at her apartment I can never get a response to an email even if it doesnt contain a maintenance request I was told it was the best way to contact them but I have found the only way I can actually get in contact with someone is if I go to the office myself The communication skills are lacking horribly and I really do think it would solve a lot of issues Ive just been dealing with it for 2years now so Im over it This place is too expensive to be putting up with petty BS I also uploaded a photo of all the glass I still to this day continue to find around the area where I take my dogs out to go potty Along with nails broken sprinklers and who knows what else I will find more ... hide ...
