Ive been accepted for section 8 a lil over a month ago And have yet to receive my voucher from the WACO HOUSING AUTHORITY IVE BEEN CALLING MY CASE WORKER NEARLY EVERY OTHER DAY LEFT VOICE MAILS STILL NO RETURN CALL NOTHING ITS VERY FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING TO KNOW THAT YOUVE BEEN APPROVED AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVED YOUR VOUCHER is crazy I cant even start look 2022-09-06T15:55:35Z

My mother lives in this place and at first they were really nice However now it is a different story The floors are dirty There are spots on the floor that I have seen for the last year still sitting there that looks like something was spilt and no one has cleaned it They use to vacuum the hallways and now they do not do any kind of housekeeping They have no management on site There is no one there but a handyman that is unable to do things because he hurt himself There is no backup person to step in if he cannot do the job My mother has a smoke detector that has been sitting on her dresser for almost three months She has light bulbs that have not been replaced There is no onsite activity coordinator There is no one to call but the maintenance line that goes no wherenI really would like for someone to go in there and get that building up to what it was when they first opened I was really glad that my mother found this place and the apartments are cute and just enough room but the upkeep on this place has gone downhill more ... hide ...

From a professional standpoint this is a top management facility The staff is very knowledgeable and the maintenance department is very helpful and fast working Sovereign Management is a great company and after inspecting hundreds of apartments across Texas and Louisiana this company runs a good program

These are horrible apartments to live in the maintenance dont fix anything that needs to be fixed in apartments so they hire individuals who live over here to work under the table for them to do maintenance job They steal rent money the lady thats in charge in the office tells everyone business to other residents around here She tells everything as far as in 2022-06-24T20:56:54Z

I know this is clich but if I could give them negative stars I would the price is decent but the management and maintenance is beyond horrible when they do inspections they leave mud trails everywhere if your not home they go through your food found coffee grounds everywhere If your AC goes out dont expect it to be fixed for about 6 weeks and they wont let y 2020-11-05T17:15:34Z

The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs The admins refuse to do anything actually helpful in dealing with the infestation and have waved off our video evidence when we showed them the time they did show up The onsite laundromat is run down and disgusting Over half the washing machines are out of order and full of still water My clothes stank worst after I used the machine than before The AC unit will occasionally leak and reeks of mildew Whats even worst was the Apartment Managers wouldnt let me see the apartment until after I gave them the nonrefundable security deposit Usually I wouldnt have done that but I was in a rough spot and desperately needed a place ASAP Looking back If I had the time to sit and check out the apartment before dropping the deposit I definitely wouldve chosen somewhere else I felt like I was taken advantage of in that situation Rent is cheap but thats all it has going for it more ... hide ...

I would give five stars over all but Im only giving 4 because of the constant parking wars that happens I think every apartment should have 1 assigned parking spot My kids have special need medical conditions and on several occasions weve gotten stuck having to park at the office and walk to our building I wish they could assign parking spots in the included 2018-08-01T20:22:03Z
