This place is a complete sham Every time I visit theres trash food dirty diapers toilet items and worse littered all over the grass Theres broken glass all over the sidewalk Theres been a couch with bags full of trash sitting in the parking lot for around a month now There is also a major cockroach problem While cooking dinner one night a massive black roach scurried across the stove Their insecticide sprayingschedule is sporadic at best There are always roaches climbing on the walls in the bathtub and across the floor And it doesnt end there after a scorpion we found in the house stung our dog we talked to someone in the office who lives here as well She had been asleep in her bed when a scorpion had fallen on her face from the vent above the bednnNot to mention that the management is absolutely rubbish Every few weeks or so they get a new manager There currently arent any maintenance people for some reason and any issues that you call in go unchecked They stick papers in the doors of all the apartments sometimes with false information For example during the flooding back in May they put a paper in everyones door warning them that there was an emergency evacuation when none had been issued They made everyone panic Most people avoid the office area like the plague The people that work there are unfriendly unwilling to work closing early taking extra time off even participating in hazing new maintenance men until they give up and quit Not to mention that the maintenance men will knock once or twice on your door before they come barging inside with no noticennThey refuse to put in a speed limit sign or speed bumps especially when children are running around at all hours of the day and night The kids play in the streets and parking lots throwing balls and toys at cars that are parked there with no consequence I walked out to my truck one time to find a pair of dirty panties on my hood Other people had thrown trash in the bed of my pickupnnI dont feel safe visiting people stare or glare at us when we drive past This apartment complex could not be located in a worse part of town in my opinion There have been two shootings that Ive known about in the past few years Pizza Hut refuses to deliver to this apartment complex because one of their delivery guys was shot at with a shotgunThe place isnt secure at all The front gate was broken and open for around six months or so Right now the exit gate is broken Theres a wooden fence at the back of the property kids regularly kick the boards in to avoid having to walk around to the front of the complex to get in the gate People have stood in the road before stopping my truck and put their arms in the drivers window asking for money and drugs I had one guy come up to me begging for cigarettes I dont even smoke If you sit outside on your balcony people will ask you for cigarettes People are extremely loud in the middle of the night banging on things yelling at each other from across the parking lot etc If you have a dog its even worse There was multiple women that harassed us for letting our dog use the bushes in the back of the complex This one woman would scream at us GET THAT DOG AWAY FROM ME Dogs that arent on leashes run rampantnnIn summary I wouldnt wish this place on anyone The populace is unfriendly unhelpful and the place is literally covered in filth Its unsafe and certainly no place to raise a family more ... hide ...

I gave it a one put of five starts because thats what it deserved Theres roaches literally everywhere the ceilings are about to cave in it is just completely unsafe Especially for a small child I would not live im these apartments if they were the last ones on earth

Living here for almost 2 years and if you are considering moving here DONT DO IT During the snow storm the apartment below me flooded never mind the lady that had a roach infestation prior to my new neighbors moving in and barely any clean up upon them moving in now Im faced with constantly opening the door for maintenance blaming me for their pipes they NEVER truly fixed The apartment manager Carolina is very rude and demands you to stop LIFE so that they may enter your apartment for their mistakes and blame you for them as well one of the maintenance guys came over after stating last month that he didnt speak English SPOKE TO ME IN ENGLISH AND TOLD ME HE DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY GRIEVANCE I recorded his actions and he also dumped waste for the vacuum he had into my tub and lied about it when confronted by management I also recorded his actions when asked if he was done in my apartments Carolina then informed me that my lease wont be renewed because I recorded his actions and that in MY HOME I had NO BUSINESS RECORDING MY SAFETY BECAUSE HE IS SAFE TO HER Im currently filing a complaint for discrimination because she mentioned my Autistic sons as the problem as well dont move here I am not the only one with issues concerning this place its a nightmare more ... hide ...

The office staff is completely shady They says they have served and sent notices through the mail but have not The violate fair housing laws and the lease contract They say that their are people living in an apartment but when they say the name we have never heard of that person When my friend asked to see the notices they had sent herbecause they are required to keep a copy in the office they quickly flipped through pages and did not allow her to read them They stated that 7 people were living in the apartment and that they were all laying in the beds First of all there was not 7 people and there are no beds in the apartment Also according to the lease contract they are required to give a 24 hour notice before entering the apartment unless serving eviction which was never received Unless you have no other options please avoid this property Also I was on the phone the whole time and heard everything more ... hide ...

Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in and Ive lived in a lot including Fountaingate Forest Glen Wellington On the Lake Hunters Crossing etc Management never fixes any issues you have You have to constantly call them and bug them They act so grateful when you volunteer to take their office cat to your apartment to shelter it from a very heavy storm yet when you end up with fleas in your apartment theres nothing they can do to help you Its extremely noisy especially at night loud music and parties all the time even after youve complained to both management and the police There are irresponsible residents that let their children play in the street of the complex They never opened the pool Did I mention the horrible management If youre a good person or are raising kids and want a safe place to live in for the love of god please avoid Country Park apartments The only good thing is theres a Walmart within walking distance but even Forest Glen right next door is much better than this sorry excuse for an apartment complex more ... hide ...
