Managment is rude and judgemental I have an elderly friend who I check on regulery They thought I lived there and gave her a 3 day vacat Her nabours are rude to her and tell management lies Management does nothing about them bullying her

I Love these apartments My wife and I were needing a place to live and these guys were very helpful throughout the entire process It is an amazing apartment We love how spacious it is It is in a great area with quite a bit of parking It is close to a lot of main roads but not on one so it is really nice on that as well 1010 best apartment I have lived

Besides the fact my laundry has been stolen out of the dryer twice I love these apartments The manager Susan is amazing and so are the other members of the team who help this complex function

We have lived at mountain glen since 2012 and Michelle Johnson has by far been the best manager and the best thing to happen to this complex She is extremely approachable kind and understanding When it comes to urgent matters Michelle is on top of them Michelle makes the residents feel like they have an advocate in their corner Daniel our newest maintenance 2022-02-06T16:52:16Z

Ive lived here for 3 years and have never had a single problem nor violation Ive been a great tenant and have fond memories of giving birth here However once they changed management its been HELL Key property mgmt is the new management Almost every door had some type of violations daily Our cars in the gated parking lot had tow away stickers if the cars dont move they literally just assume its abandoned Which mine had one and I was very very very heated and upset they did apologized as I work from home They immediately evict after 1 day late forgetting this is disability and low income housing Many people get government assistance which checks or their money can get delayed And the staff is horrendous Im not sure how they got hired Not empathetic or personable at all When talking to them they straight to your face roll their eyes or sigh as if your bothering them Before they took over the previous manager office doors was always open for any concerns resources andor questions Not anymore Now your not allowed to go into the office AT ALL They literally lock themselves in the office with the blinds drawn You wouldnt know if there even in there Plus they never ever answer the phone If they do they are condescending and rude The building has become infestedand I mean drowning in roaches Roaches practically own the place They try too use an exterminator however its not working Its disgusting The building literally need to be tented and exterminated I couldnt take it anymore Enough was enough I had to get the hell out of there Finally moved into a bigger place and this time a house I feel much better and happy to have a back yard and front yard to grow a garden They gave me anxiety everyday 3 years ago it was great living there Clean and everyone seemed happy It felt different I loved my apartment But up until now it just went downhill Will always cherish the memories created but happy Ive left Peace is truly so important more ... hide ...
