The apartments themselves are not bad but their inability to properly enforce the rules is They dont seem to care about tenant wellbeing very much as I a tenant on the autism spectrum have had almost no peace thanks to a tenant above me who is very clearly mentally unwell constantly making way too much noise with absolutely no punishment or anything
