Ive live here for almost 5 years and thr manager is smazing She is strict and by the book and I completely understand why Because shr as well lives here and she keeps this place in order They are very clean Ive never had any problems with spiders ants or any type of insects or bugs There is a couple of tenants who think that they are employees for the building and like to try and cause trouble for other tenants But that is not the managers fault She cant control what other people do or say And I get that part But as for the manager she is awesome and easy to get along with as long as you dont break the rules She expect what anyone else would and that is respect and if you respect here she will respect you in return Js ive lives here for close to 5yrs now and The manager here has done alot for this place because I seen it bedore she took over the management job And it was bad So thank you MS Kellee more ... hide ...

This place acts nice and they do a very good job but dont trust it They are stricter and meaner than any where Ive ever lived They are trying to charge me over 500 for repairs like lightbulbs that were out didnt think that was a big deal blinds that were already broken when I got there and had to deal with the entire time I was there and supposedly pee stain 2022-06-16T03:16:06Z

Unfortunately some of the amenities were inaccessible during my stay due to covid but Whitney was great during my time there Always got back to my emails usually same day and if I ever had an issue maintenance was sent to handle the issue in a timely manner Not a bad place to live just make sure you dont get a bottom floor some of the neighbors can be noisy
