The units are good size you get free basic cable and all utilities are paid for however the residents are gossipers and management doesnt seem to have control over the rumors that flow freely Its sad that some think anothers affair is their business Would be a great place to live if many were to move out

This is a decent place to live Its clean and fairly well maintained Whether you like it or not will be determined by your expectations as well as your perceptionBe prepared to follow rules because this is a subsidized building

I recently helped a friend move out of this apartment complex because she was very unhappy living here In the four days we were there a tenant threatened to shoot me for standing too close to his door in the hallways I was asked for money by people hanging around the building and the fire alarm was blaring for a little over four hours straight Its a complete 2022-01-10T21:26:25Z

My parents moved into these senior apartments a couple months ago Management is overly strict and uncompassionate while letting friends break rules and breaking them themselves Then it got even worse My fiance 3 year old daughter and myself were visiting during the holidays and they made us feel extremely unwelcome long before their 14 day guest stay limit was reached We spent nights a motels twice during these 14 days but my parents were still rudely harrased by assistant manager Tom Watson during this time about our Chihuahua who was officially listed as a guest and everything We were forced to stay a couple days extra due to the manager at our new place taking the holidays off and not being able to sign our new lease This manager of Hamilton place Malcom Sachs who verbally told my parents we were fine until after the holidays was out of office as well but instead of understanding that the assistant manager Margaret showed up with a security person attempting to physically intimidate my disabled senior parents to kick us out on NEW YEARS EVE We were already in a hotel due to their harassment and intimidation These are seriously evil humans with zero compassion or empathy And they are harrassing and physically intimidating senior citizens before they even break any rules more ... hide ...
