Poorly managed and some apartments contain roaches The apartment itself was nice despite one of the two bedrooms being way too tiny The staff is nice and friendly until you are moved in and then they want nothing to do with you The children run around screaming everyday in the back of the building and have harassed and taunted various residents dogs to the point of people having to call the police bc they are banging on ones apartment door and window or deliberately trying to aggravate dogs in the dog park and yes they come in groups Their parents are no where to be found There are sometimes clearly undercover cops that sit in the parking lot and occasionally come out with guns cocked as there are drug dealers in an apartment adjacent to the main building though they never bothered me so much as the kids and the occasional resident who yells at you for no reason or complains about everything to the leasing office with no justification other than they seem to have nothing better to do than complain about anything and everything Again the physical apartment is nice assuming you get one without roaches and dont need any space in the second bedroom but as soon as you leave it everyday and run into anyone there things are generally unpleasant I tried to convince myself the price was worth it but after living there the affect of the stress from living there is definitely not We all have enough stress in our lives already please dont knowingly give yourself another Home should feel safe and comfortable Look elsewhere more ... hide ...
