I have been a tenant as The Fields of Alexandria since July 1st 2016nnThe leasing office and engineersnAt the moment the leasing office managed by Brenda and she is terrific Brenda has always been very attentive to all matters regarding the unit She often organizes small gatherings either at the leasing office or in the complex for families Easter egg hunt morning coffees Halloween trickortreating etc and it gives you a sense of being apart of a community Brenda is prompt when you leave a message for her responds to email quickly and will often handle matters herself to make sure any request gets completednnThe front desk staff is always friendly They tend to your concerns prompt with all engineer requests and always answer the phones and emailsnnThe group of men that work as the complexs maintenance crew are simply T H E B E S T They will always do their best to resolve any issues with your unit very kind to me and respectful of your housing unitnnThe complex and unitsnThe Fields of Alexandria does an excellent job of maintaining the complex clean and lawn manicured A hardworking group of women clean all buildings daily walk the complex to pick up all of the trash and clean the small gym My unit comes with upgraded black stove fridge and dishwasher My apartment also comes with a WD at an additional monthly cost included in your rent The apartment complex could use a facelift outdated balcony outdated flooring inside the buildings and oldlooking garbage box housing otherwise lawn and parking lots are appropriately maintained The apartment complex has an ABC store mechanic shop pretty good mechanics in there an Advanced Auto Parts and a paint store literally at the entrance of the complex The citys basketball court soccer field and playground are across the complex There is a seven eleven Aldi Harris Teeter CAVA Chipotle Planet Fitness LA Fitness to name a few all within a mile and a half KING ST METRO STATION IS 10 MINUTES AWAY BY CAR Old Town Alexandria is also 10 minutes and Washington D C is than a 30minute drive with no traffic and two lightyears away with typical rush hour trafficnnPool gym and playgroundnThe pool recently had major work done this past summer of 2019 the apartments community pool house also got furnished with all new tables chairs and umbrellas The aesthetics of the pool house is 410 and third party lifeguard company sends mediocre lifeguards I would recommend parents to BE WITH THEIR KIDS at all times when theyre at the pool The gym is a three on a scale of ten The apartment complex has one playground that could also use an upgradennTenantsnAt The Fields of Alexandria I have gotten to know all five of my neighbors in my building very well and am very happy with that They are all familyoriented kind hardworking and respectful of each other As I can not speak for others in the complex I will say that for a significant percentage of the residents are all families of a minority group Crime in this apartment is two out of a ten with some misbehaving teens and immature adults but I would say very very much safe In the years of my living here I have only experienced two legit 911 calls one where some guy shot off a firearm and another where a resident got her car broken into in the middle of the night by a nonresidentnnAllinall I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a place to live more ... hide ...

We have been living here since 2002 the main office staff are marvelous and great listeners They take every big or small concerns very seriously Maintenance tech is knowledgeable and skillful in taking care of all kinds of servicesnWe have experienced many different great and helpful managers throughout all these years But the most patient and greatest manager we had the pleasure of dealing with and currently experiencing is Mrs NatalianWe had lots of repairs fixes to complete since before the pandemic startednWe gave her a long list of big and mini repairs to be done The way Natalia took care of everything by finding out the prices talking to contractors working out according to our schedule and having incredible patience throughout the whole process was truly amazing because of Natalias sincerity and dedication we continue to to enjoy our experience at the fields of old townnNatalia is an incredible manager who understands her residents situations and understands correctly what her community needs and when We are grateful to have her as the property managernnFrom your friendly resident Z more ... hide ...
