If I could give them zero stars I would I stayed there for a short amount of time but after staying there as long as I did I knew to get out of there immediately Within 24 hours of living there I had someone steal my package from my front door When speaking to my neighbor about the situation They already knew my name before introducing myself and even indicating spotting my package which was very suspicious Within the next 48 hours I had someone come set up my internet who got stung by a wasp When I looked above my patio I found 4 wasp nests I immediately brought both of these issues to the management teams attention who told me to write a police report and that they would have someone come out immediately to remove the wasps nest They didnt have someone come out for over a WEEK The only reason I had someone finally come out was because I escalated the issue Otherwise they kept making excuses that pest control only comes out 2 times a month After I said I wanted to cancel my lease and moved out short after since I had people constantly watching me in sketchy vehicles The management team told me that they finally had someone who can take over my lease But I only found after I kept on asking them on the status of it Which was great since I didnt need to pay that much but held my money until they gave out the keys it made no sense since they already had a signed leased from the new residents They also never informed me that my security deposit that was sent a while ago This was the WORST EXPERIENCE The management team was unhelpful and lacked experience STAY FAR AWAY FROM HEREEEE more ... hide ...

What can I say I came in today because I had an appointment was greeted by a lady name Rita Johnson let me tell you I was so excited to come see the apartment I wish I couldve had lease she at first didnt want to open the door even after I told her that I had an appointment then she finally open the door without asking me to go in the office she just had me standing in the lobby with my kids told me straigh up that they didnt have apartments available even after on the websites it said that they did after that without actually knowing how much I made automatically told me that I didnt qualify I never felt so humiliated down graded in my life until I came to this place all because I am Hispanic I am a single mom with a daughter This was the most humiliated day in my life more ... hide ...
