My father and I lived at Spring Garden Apartments for a little over two decades I moved out for a year and came back due to the decline of my fathers health I applied to get put back onto the lease he passed away before the application could be approved From there the office told me that I had to have his stuff out in 6 days and that they would send his security deposit along with the prorated rent for the month of December They sent the remaining balance to the very apartment that I had to move out of in January and Im just now getting the security deposit this month The fees were taken out which is understandable but they never gave me back my portion of the rent for the month of December My father worked for this complex got hurt on the job had to wait and be put on the back burner for accommodations all for things to end up like this and to be treated in such a way I wish I could give them no stars Going to HUD does nothing because they dont care either Just remember if you ever decide to call this place home think of my father and how this place treated him more ... hide ...

All the reviews about the staff being friendly are true but thats doesnt make up for the fact that if your unit faces route 1 you will not be able to sleep at all Out of the 8 months Ive lived here Ive only slept in my bedroom about 10 times due the noise I hear from every single car that rides by up until about 4 AM Only one hour of uninterrupted sleep beca 2022-05-12T16:44:56Z
All the reviews about the staff being friendly are true but thats doesnt make up for the fact that if your unit faces route 1 you will not be able to sleep at all Out of the 8 months Ive lived here Ive only slept in my bedroom about 10 times due the noise I hear from every single car that rides by up until about 4 AM Only one hour of uninterrupted sleep because at 5 AM cars are back on the road If thats not bad enough there is some drain pipe directly underneath my window and all I hear when it rains are loud noises of beating on that pipe Due to this Ive been sleeping on my couch Paying all this money just to sleep on my couch because its the only place I can actually fall asleep I hurt my neck and shoulder from sleeping on the couch because I shouldnt be go figure Well now Ive been through physical therapy and seen a mental health therapist just to regain a normal quality of life Both of which have cost me thousands of dollars that Im grateful I could afford because I know everyone is not as fortunate All the leasing office did was offer me blackout curtains FOR A NOISE COMPLAINT The resident upstairs is also always so loud stomping around I cant wait to leave this property so I can sleep peacefully at night more ... hide ...
