My family has spent a year in the Madison at Ballston Station community and could not have been happier with our choice The apartments are wellmaintained spacious and quiet We did have a few issues during our stay but the excellent maintenance team promptly fixed them The amenities in the building are also outstanding The gym is spacious and wellequipped with new machines The events offered by the Ballston team are always a delight and great for getting to know neighbors and building a sense of community The neighborhood surroundings are fantastic especially for families with kids Right next to great parks like Lubber Run playgrounds including the cute little one right in between the buildings community centers and walking distance from downtown Ballston Not to mention the elementary school across the street The leasing office and reception team are always friendly and ready to assist I want to give a special shoutout to dear Mariana from the leasing office who will always go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and have a positive experience Undoubtedly whenever in the area we would choose the Madison at Ballston community as our place to call home
