I was interested in living here but was worried about some of the reviews I saw about the unfriendly and unprofessional staff Unfortunately the reviews were very accurate I had a tour scheduled and I drove an hour to be there for it The sign said to call their office and someone would greet me I called probably about 7 times and no one answered so I left a m 2021-05-15T16:52:48Z
I was interested in living here but was worried about some of the reviews I saw about the unfriendly and unprofessional staff Unfortunately the reviews were very accurate I had a tour scheduled and I drove an hour to be there for it The sign said to call their office and someone would greet me I called probably about 7 times and no one answered so I left a message Later they called back and said I could come to look at the apartment so I told them I was on my way When I got there I called again and expected to be greeted this time like the sign outside said It took another 4 calls just for someone to pick up the phone Then they proceeded to quickly tell me the directions to the apartment I was going to tour I walked there alone and was very frustrated they didnt even come out to greet me or at least walk me to the apartment The one positive thing I can say is that they didnt lie or trick me into thinking that it was going to be a great place to live with helpful and friendly staff Thanks for being unhelpful and unresponsive right off the bat it saved me from what couldve been a bad year more ... hide ...

First I want to say I love my apartment outside of that This place is terrible Ive been here a short time and my new car was damaged with no help from the front office There is trash and food left up and down the stairs and through out the units in the parking lot which floods because of the trash There are children unsupervised throwing rocks and trash at a 2022-07-02T11:22:30Z
First I want to say I love my apartment outside of that This place is terrible Ive been here a short time and my new car was damaged with no help from the front office There is trash and food left up and down the stairs and through out the units in the parking lot which floods because of the trash There are children unsupervised throwing rocks and trash at all times of the night Anybody can park here with no consequences the maintenance do not let you know when they have fixed something you have to find out through an app instead of leaving a notice It seems as if the apartment complex do not care The concept of Catalina crossing from what I researched started off great but went down quickly From what I am experiencing they are not holding the tenants accountable or staffing for the up keep of Catalina crossing more ... hide ...

If I could give this place a 0 I would they dont even deserve one star I was set to move in today Got to the rental office at 830 for my walk thru because I was told I couldnt come in and do the walk thru before I moved in So went with the maintenance man to do the walk thru as we walked thru the neighborhood I saw how run down it was pieces of the siding wa 2022-07-20T01:26:06Z
