This is absolutely the worst community that Ive seen They offer false promises and the property manager has no sense of professionalism Theres constant flooding and repairs that need to be done Theyve had a rapid spread of Covid 19 and people are not wearing masks Theres individuals there that feel like they own handicap parking spaces Its not safe at all Th 2022-02-17T07:26:41Z
This is absolutely the worst community that Ive seen They offer false promises and the property manager has no sense of professionalism Theres constant flooding and repairs that need to be done Theyve had a rapid spread of Covid 19 and people are not wearing masks Theres individuals there that feel like they own handicap parking spaces Its not safe at all They have people sleeping on benches in the gazebo I was given a parking decal and returned it recently since apparently I wasnt supposed to have one smh My mother now suffers from anxiety bc her apt along with others were completely flooded They have not really fixed the problem I doubt they even know what it is at this point The staff does not care about their residents even though they pretend to My mother doesnt want to leave the house when it rains bc shes so afraid that itll happen again and thats not a good feeling Contacting corporate is pointless when its buddy buddy and they back each other Its a senior community with no security Its not safe and we definitely are looking for somewhere else to go At this point were ready to just leave because there have been to many issues The property manager seriously needs an attitude adjustment as my mother has a violation on her lease because the property mgr actually wanted to fight me It goes to show you what type of person she is So please DO NOT by any means move your love ones into this place We wish we wouldve read the reviews before making a decision Be wise and find somewhere else because the apts along with the staff are trash Theres only about 1 person that I can say stays on the ball and its maintenance not the property manager Shes only concerned in collecting money Do not believe anything that you hear because more than likely its been made up Unfortunately the pictures that I have have not been posted I have complete pictures of all damages done from the flood more ... hide ...

I have lived in this community for nearly 8 years and have watched the surrounding area grow and evolve All of the staff members are very helpful kind and considerate and always go above and beyond to make sure I have a pleasant living experience Any maintenance issues that arise which rarely occur are always taken care of the same day I can honestly say tha 2019-07-01T19:06:10Z

I called this place on accident but the lady that answered the phone had such a soothing voice that I had to come and check out the property Allena was even more pleasant in person I was even greeted by the maintenance guy I would have rented if they would have had an apartment for immediate move in I will be back again when I start my apartment search

I had roaches and I felt like I was treated with the lowest respect as possible Ive spent more time being out my apartment due to the roaches then being in it and calling it home my neighbors around me werent the cleanest which is where they came from it was my five year old and I and i was surrounded by heavy smokers that when my daughter and i would go 2020-05-01T15:59:00Z
I had roaches and I felt like I was treated with the lowest respect as possible Ive spent more time being out my apartment due to the roaches then being in it and calling it home my neighbors around me werent the cleanest which is where they came from it was my five year old and I and i was surrounded by heavy smokers that when my daughter and i would go out we would smell like heavy smokers my daughters room even smelled like smoke and when i expressed my concerns the property management didnt care and would have an attitude with me like i was wrong I will not apologize for having certain standards towards my living environment and what i expect especially when im paying with no help what so ever i ran out of their once my lease was up and i am now officially happy where we are now and getting my moneys worth I had to throw away half my stuff and refurbish because of the roaches they were in my microwave just everywhere more ... hide ...

Was great until I had to move out I paid a non refundable deposit of 175 The lady who moved us in said unless there in some sort of damage amounting more than that we wouldnt pay more than that After moving out now I have an email saying it will cost 47 to clean the carpet and 40 to clean the sink So they believe I owe 87 dollars even though that doesnt com 2019-11-14T18:35:25Z
