AWFUL While transferring ownership of an apartment to my friend they conned me out of a 500 deposit didnt fix ANYTHING then charged my friend another 500 Theyre desperate for money so if youre desperate for a place to be fast or short term go ahead but youll regret it

On Demand Towing and the Current office Manager at Iron Creek Circle Apartments took advantage of 50 residents in the middle of a pandemicnnShe failed to comply with the stay at home order the governor extended until June for the state of Virginia Instead of mailing out the parking passes she decided to leave a letter on our doors She failed to take in consideration of the elderly residents health conditions and go the extra mile by making sure the residents received correspondence in the most safest effective way possible She could of sent the new parking permits out in the mail or followed up with a second reminder letternnAnyone thats taking advantage of the vulnerable community during the pandemic dont worry because Justice will be served We have rights in our community when we pay rent We deserve to be treated fair and NOT taking advantage of by a careless office manager that put her self first to make extra money on the side to feed her family during the pandemic by personally contacting On Demand Towing and referring residents cars to be towed for 15000 which she gets a percentage ofnnIm on a fixed income and only get 750 a month I cant afford 15000 to pay On Demand Towing for a selfish mistake the office manager made I dont have any family in Virginia to care for me and I already have a hard time getting around the house So imagine my fears when I first discovered my car missing I thought someone broke in my car and robbed me Im currently out of food and have to find a food bank until I get my SSI check next month I spent the money for medications to get my car back im sad and hope they dont Tow my car again Im scared to sleep now because I have to listen out to the Tow truck Babes please pray for me I need prayer more ... hide ...

Just wanted to give props to the new maintenance team I know there have been lots of growing pains with COVID but I wanted to say the maintenance team is doing a great job They stopped by yesterday while I was home it seemed as if they were waiting for me to be home to bring me a new air filter They are so nice and professional Very much appreciated Tha 2021-11-09T15:19:22Z

HORRIBLE Definitely does NOT deserve a 42 rating overall Ive lived here for over a year and moved from The Park at Village Green as the management was incompetent when it came to managing the residents and their marijuana usage as well as several noise complaints I then transferred apartments to Festival Park III since it was a newer building with less units thinking this would be better however the incompetent management staff cheated me out of almost 100 from transferring and put on my paperwork I still lived in a emptyvacant apartment that I had turned in keys for 2 days longer than I actually did It recently was 80 degrees and I went to turn on my AC in my BRAND NEW apartment only for it to NOT work How is that even possible When I put in the emergency maintenance request at 930 AM that morning I didnt have Maintenance show up until 200 PM which by that time it was already 84 degrees in my apartment mind you I had to work from home due to COVID the Maintenance man then just walked in looked at it and walked out while saying hed have to call the Warranty Company he cant touch it It wasnt until 400 PM when the warranty guy showed up its 94 degrees in my apartment by that time and he was in utter shock my apartment was so hot and Maintenance didnt attempt to do anything After a hour of working on it he said Maintenance needed to change my filter ASAP as that was part of the problem and they should be changing it every 30 days and he would call him and tell him to get over there right away to do so Maintenance never showed up that day or even Monday morning It took me calling TWICE 930 AM 100 PM on Monday to get someone back to my apartment which he then arrived at 130 PM Stephanie in the office is THE most unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills she doesnt listen she talks over you lacks empathy makes excuses instead of accountability Emily is about the best staff member they have in the leasing office I would NOT recommend Chester Village Green The Park or Festival Park to anyone near and dear to me I CAN NOT wait until my lease is over They are in dire NEED of new management or just a more qualified staff more ... hide ...
