My mom lives in the neighborhood its very upsetting on the amount of restrictions Cant keep your car in the driveway if you dont have a pass or else you will get your car towed You only get one guest pass Anytime someone comes over we are constantly looking outside to make sure they have take any cars No one wants to come over from being scared of getting charged 200 Oh and if you loose your pass its 200 Tow truck will literally move a car to get to another car they do not care whatsoever They are always sending letters saying we have to do this and that and I understand you want everything to be clean but Ive seen so many trailers in the neighborhood where they have so much trash outside We had our dog bowls outside they said we needed to get rid of them or else they would for 100 Theyre all about money If you dont do what they say they charge you for literally everything There are so many people who have called to complain and they still dont do anything I really dont know why they havent done anything about it I bet if people had other choices they would not live in this neighborhood
