Share details of my own experience Okay the neighbors pipe busted in the bathroom above us i felt like i was in the Amazon rain forest water gushing out of the bathroom vent 100 mph as i am standing there with a big trash can catching the water dumping about 20 to 30 gallons of water into the bath tub so it dont get on the floor as i am doing that my girlfriend and kids are putting the clean clothes all over the apartment that we just washed at the expensive retarded laundery building water going through the walls out of light fixtures from everywhere I thought it was a bad dream Here is the worst part of it all black mold is forming in here as i can see its visible i have pictures to prove it cant imagine what is on the other side of the walls This happened 8 days ago and if i could i would condemn this entire complex Mold is everywhere im sure its behind the walls the ceilings are mushy and weak I dont ever really complain about where i live at but come on this is a health hazard Pregnant girlfriend a 1 year old i have a weak immune system and there are other kids in here Since ive lived here we have reported to the office about noisy neighbors letting their kids run and stomp NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THAT So overall my opinion is this place sucks and i dont recommend it AT ALL Better off living in a cave This picture of the mold was not there last night it grew there over night more ... hide ...

We live at Huckleberry Court and have been here a few years Its one of the nicest apartment townhouse complexes weve ever lived in This is a subsidized affordable housing complex so they rate your rent and utilities on your income There are 2 parking places for each apartment given but extra parking is available The manager supervisor and repair men have all 2018-09-26T12:50:46Z
We live at Huckleberry Court and have been here a few years Its one of the nicest apartment townhouse complexes weve ever lived in This is a subsidized affordable housing complex so they rate your rent and utilities on your income There are 2 parking places for each apartment given but extra parking is available The manager supervisor and repair men have all been kind concerned and courteous but sometimes it takes awhile to get things fixed The repair men are stretched not only over Huckleberry Court but across all of the apartment complexes owned by the company so it is hard for them to get to everyone quickly You need to get your request in right away and check on it again so it isnt forgotten The company needs to replace some appliances that are worn out but they stretch it out as long as they can because of the cost We were sad when they took away the childrens playground but having lived in other apartments before know that if equipment becomes dangerous to use it has to be removed so people dont get hurt Part of the problem is careless people who are rough on their homes dont clean up after their dogs on the common grassy area etc make it harder for everyone else If you want to live in a nice place treat it nicely like it is your own If you are disabled and need help in your place there are places like New River Valley Disability Resource Center you can call and ask them to help more ... hide ...

Me and my mom has lived here for almost five years this coming July of this year Linda Walters the site manager is a great and tough as nails when getting things done we get along with the people here that we feel comfortable with

This was a very nice apartment It was just the right size and the rooms were arranged in the right way I would recommend this complex
