I lived at Shorehaven Apartments for 1 year I was desperate to find an affordable place for me and my 2 kids on relatively short notice The surrounding apartments were affordable but were not well kept and made me nervous Shorehaven is the gem tucked away The office staff were so gracious and informative The maintenance staff were polite professional and pro 2021-02-25T13:48:25Z
I lived at Shorehaven Apartments for 1 year I was desperate to find an affordable place for me and my 2 kids on relatively short notice The surrounding apartments were affordable but were not well kept and made me nervous Shorehaven is the gem tucked away The office staff were so gracious and informative The maintenance staff were polite professional and promptly took care of anything that was wrongbroken which wasnt much The apartments and grounds were well maintained and upkeep inside and out was great I lived in 2901 I was lucky with my neighbors as everyone in my building was respectful with regard to noise and kept the building free of trash The only issue I had was the neighborhood itself which is no fault of Shorehaven The surrounding neighborhood is not safe and is grungy I was lucky to be able to purchase a home in a safe neighborhood for my children but I will always be grateful for the time at Shorehaven providing an affordable place for us to live and the pride that Shorehaven takes in its complex As a single mom of 2 I would highly recommend Shorehaven more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for 2 years now and so far I am very happy The residents are pleasant the community is clean and the office staff is attentive and compassionate I dont go into the office much but when I do Im always greeted with a smile The staff is very welcomingnnI moved here from another complex that was very nice and more spacious however I dont regret moving living here is safe and peaceful Even though I lost space by moving here Id rather have peace of mind and live in a place where my kids are safe I am so happy living in this communitynnThere are 2 things I wish would change and thats having more dumpsters The community is a decent size and placing 2 dumpsters for everyone to use is an inconvenience Having to walk in bad weather is not something Im happy about nor do I like putting garbage in my car There should be a dumpster in every sectionnnLastly having maintenance come out on weekends when the toilet is clogged would be great Having 2 toilets should not be a reason to have to leave urine andor feces in the toilet a whole weekend Its convenient for maintenance but not for residentsnnOn a good note when I signed my lease for a second year they installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom and they did a fantastic job I absolutely love itnnI dont plan on leaving any time soon more ... hide ...

We applied 2 months ago they told us 2 weeks before move in after approving us that we cant movein because we made too much money despite having our proof of income for over 2 months Now they are taking over 3 weeks to write a simple check to refund the holding fee we paid for the unit The office staff is terrible about answering the phone as well Overall I 2021-11-01T19:59:24Z
