Living here has been a wonderful experience I was blessed with a 2 bedroom when I was at one of the worst times of my life They helped me get back on my feet so I could build a better life for my kids I was in the 5 year program that helped me save for a bigger home The staff treated me always well and my worker John is the sweetestfunniest person ever John was a maintenance worker when we moved down here from New York and so he would come to our home and fix what we needed We were also in the housing program as kids After time we were able to move on our own with the help of Housing The secretary always very sweet Its nice to come to the office and be greated by such a nice person I saw the other reviews but I just want yall to know that its not like others really say Yes there is a wait list which means you have to wait I waited 3 years and it was worth the wait Also if they send you letters and you dont respondyou will be removed They are doing a good job by letting you know there is a spot available and if you dont respond they move to the next person Its like getting a job if you dont respond back for a interview then they move to the next person The neighborhood is clean and maintenance is on top of everything I would recommend Housing Redevelopment to everyone I will forever be greatful for the helping hand they gave me more ... hide ...

Ive lived off an on in this place for over 10 years its improved a lot since then but the area takes some getting used to The walls are pretty thin so you can hear what is going on in other apts Its comfortable if you keep to yourself the staff and office are pretty good about keeping ontop of things that need fixing and if there are complaints
