If Im being honest I did not want to move back to Virginia with my family and I didnt want to move to Leesburg at all but Im very happy with my decision and current property This feeling of change comes from the fact that i feel safe coming home with my children i can speak to my neighbors and if i have an issue i have an open communication between myself the rental office and the Property manager when i have a service request i can say that i feel like i am heard my requests are completed and communicated with me this is something small until its missed in a lot of places i have lived in the past more than anything Leesburg apartments have allowed me and my family to find comfort after not having it for a while i will never forget Leesburg apartments and especially for lifting a lot of stress off my shoulders thank you Leesburg apartments and thank you Ms Danielle thank you Ms Cinthia for helping us find a home thank you ms Maggie for helping me resolve my rent cafe issues thank you to all of the maintenance team you are all appreciated more than you know more ... hide ...

I stop outside of the building when riding the bus The only actual times I go into the building is when I need to purchase a few more bus passes and that has been a while because I stopped riding for 2 years with an illness then with COVID So I dont know if that still happens But in general my experience has been that with walking inside the people were fri 2021-06-16T10:51:34Z

Two stars for the fact that there is a nice park for children a basketball court and paths to walk on But the staff at the office act like they dont care Took forever to get phone calls for maintenance work done returned or answered When speaking over email once with Sandra and asking her a simple question she responded with a very rude and condescending ton 2020-03-31T22:04:27Z
Two stars for the fact that there is a nice park for children a basketball court and paths to walk on But the staff at the office act like they dont care Took forever to get phone calls for maintenance work done returned or answered When speaking over email once with Sandra and asking her a simple question she responded with a very rude and condescending tone that felt very unprofessional and nastynnIve now left four voicemails with the corporate office and have still not received a call back for over a week This place acts like they just dont care I have never seen anything like it in my lifennIm addition to the attitude of the staff my unit was falling apart and I constantly had to make multiple requests for things to get fixed only for it to break or fall apart a week or two later These apartments are cheap and have moldnnSo yourself a favor and look into other income based apartments in the area Theyre are much nicer and newer ones available in Loudon county and Im sure it wouldnt be hard to find a place where the staff are actually friendly and act like they care more ... hide ...
