All they do is take our rent money Invade our privacy keep all the perks we pay for locked up Was refused the WiFi code the first week I moved in been downhill since then Asked for my money back 2 days after I signed the lease because they wanted me to just cover up the heavily soiled carpet in my sons room And I have been waiting on Repairs from the first 2022-08-02T14:58:31Z
All they do is take our rent money Invade our privacy keep all the perks we pay for locked up Was refused the WiFi code the first week I moved in been downhill since then Asked for my money back 2 days after I signed the lease because they wanted me to just cover up the heavily soiled carpet in my sons room And I have been waiting on Repairs from the first flood from upstairs since the 3rd month I lived here Ive have the people upstairs flood me 3x they only patched the holes but none of the other visible damage Just signed my 4th year lease Very sad But other places are extorting you basically with the rent hikes Also it took 3 years and a new leasing agent before they actually put any of those complaints about the damages and stuff that never was done before move in like painting my sons room and closet Missing parts for fridge but they I should be happy with that and paying 65 for a filter when I didnt even have a new one when I moved in didnt know they should be changed 23x a year until I asked about two months ago They made these apartments for people who wouldnt even walk the neighborhood let alone live in it and had to settle for US so now they just line their pockets why doing the bare minimum in our apartments and denying access to everything we were promised in our lease then hit the Jack pot when they could blame it on covid but covid didnt stop them from raising our rent twice when most of us were struggling to keep our jobs Its just horrible that we have to just accept this because you literally need 5k just to move and the rent will be 400 more more ... hide ...

This company may be trying to do a good thing but the woman they have running the Lynchburg office is incompetent at best I have never had so many problems with a rental company in my life and I am 28 years old and have been on my own since I was 18 years old I realize it is low income housing and they say you get what you pay for but Community Housing Partn 2012-11-19T22:34:09Z
This company may be trying to do a good thing but the woman they have running the Lynchburg office is incompetent at best I have never had so many problems with a rental company in my life and I am 28 years old and have been on my own since I was 18 years old I realize it is low income housing and they say you get what you pay for but Community Housing Partners prides themselves on being different by giving reguar inspections having a maintenance man at the ready and doing these pest inspections Let me allow you in on the reality of how they work We signed our lease for a whole month prior to moving in and when we arrived in town the house wasnt clean and wasnt ready to be lived in so we had to stay in a motel and then once we were allowed in the place was nasty we had to clean it ourselves They are nice to you at first though you will note instatnly how icey the woman running the office is they will answer every maintenance call in a a decent time frame they will bring and insect guy in but he literally walks into the livingroom and then they walk back out and count that as a pest inspection then reality sets in our stove fell apart literally less than a month after moving in and the maintenance man literally started screaming at me in my kitchen in front of my small child then never came back to fix it that was in July Now the stove is completely falling apart and still nothing though I have put in countless work orders There is a spider infestation a wasp infestation and an infestation of birds on the back porch and there is poop everywhere my son has been bitten countless time by the spiders and I got stung three times when one of the ten wasps that have gotten into the home was in my bed and I did not know it I have put in countless work orders and nothing I was without light in the master bedroom form July to November and though I bought bulbs as instructed nothing was every done so I ended up changing it myself after borrowing a laddar from a friend The garbage disposal hasnt worked since August and after several work orders have gotten nothing Now the woman who runs that office is trying to bring a lawsuit on me for a power bill she swears she paid but is in my name and APCO straight up said No she is lieing and that I should get a lawyer and so I have and I have more than just a case for fraud but several other Save yourself the trouble and stear clear of this company if you are in the lynchburg area at least There are plenty of great and cheap places to live in around here more ... hide ...
