This has been the worse renting experience Ive ever had I lived here for 3 years starting off in a two bedroom apartment at phase 2 of Timber Ridge It started off great I always had a parking spot close to my apartmentmanagement was understanding and professional I has another child and decided to move into a 3 bedroom which meant I had to move to the complex by the office which was fine I never had a parking spot near my apartment not even close unless I got home before 3pm which wasnt happening because I worked 85 everyday Residents were very careless and didnt keep the complex clean The dumpster could be completely empty with trash all around it The breezeway as were trashy never powerwashed trash every where I still stuck it out Then management changed and thats when everything went down hill I got a notice that my rent would be increasing I asked around to see if anyone elses was increasing they all said no theirs was actually decreasing The lady in the office response was I just put what I see on the paper the final straw was when my rent was stolen out of the drop box I dropped a money order off after hours as Ive done for the past 3 years and never had an issue before They put all responsibility on me for my rent being stolen from their leasing office so filed a claim with western union in attempts to get the money back They confirmed that the money order was cashed in Florida in someone elses name I also filed a police report This incident occurs in August of 2017 I moved out due to this in September 2017 So it is now October I havent heard anything about the money order or my security deposit or my prorate on September since I paid the full month of September and was told I needed to be out by September 25th because thats when my lease will renew for another year So I called and spoke with the manager of the leasing office today and he explained to me it was a big mess and he still hasnt heard anything about getting the money back and he concluded by saying if there isnt enough evidence you will be responsible for paying the rent again even though others rent was stole as well on that same day and this wasnt the first time rent has been stolen This has been such a big headache Yes the apartments are spacious and the rate is decent but its not even almost worth dealing with them more ... hide ...

I wouldnt even give this place a star It deserves zero stars It is a dump There are rodents running around in this building Mice and rats There are plumbing problems and electrical issues The floors are sinking in and the foundation is very weak the rats have chewed and ate on the foundation There are homeless people sleeping in the basement laundry facility 2020-02-28T12:16:02Z
I wouldnt even give this place a star It deserves zero stars It is a dump There are rodents running around in this building Mice and rats There are plumbing problems and electrical issues The floors are sinking in and the foundation is very weak the rats have chewed and ate on the foundation There are homeless people sleeping in the basement laundry facility and utility closets Homeless people throw parties on the rooftop Some of the residents do not have heat in the winter time Residents write up work orders for things problems within their apartments and the company drags their feet sign off on the work orders as if they have been complete and never did the problems and then blame the tenants for causing the issues The people at home office are very judge mental and they discriminate against the lower class This property is income restricted they also accept section 8 vouchers A lot of the residents here already have difficult times financially they charge them for damages they did not cause and fine them for things they did not do knowing that the residents are already struggling They add additional monthly charges to accounts that do not belong They have had an embezzlement problem for years When you report concerns to corporate they retaliate They currently have pending lawsuits through legal aid in about 10 apartments Check it out at city hall They have a long list of violations from the City inspectors and the fire marshals The turnover rate within the company is so bad because they mistreat they employees They are condescending and very disrespectful They talk to you any kind of way as if you are beneath them The actual management has no support and if you develop a relationship with the residents and tot actually do the right things they will be sure to get rid of you This is not a place that anyone should want to live I promise more ... hide ...
