I have been with Creekpointe for almost 2 years now Management is amazing Galene the property manager is amazing Her office is always open and is always there for assistance I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to move and live in a good community 5 stars all the way

I was very disappointed I was looking on their website interested in applying for home I currently live in the west end but considering moving to the south side to be closer to family I saw a couple floorplans that offered rates which of course intrigued me I went to the leasing office and was greeted well actually wasnt really greeted but felt more like I w 2021-06-26T18:17:24Z
I was very disappointed I was looking on their website interested in applying for home I currently live in the west end but considering moving to the south side to be closer to family I saw a couple floorplans that offered rates which of course intrigued me I went to the leasing office and was greeted well actually wasnt really greeted but felt more like I was a bother I spoke with the lady and told her I was interested in touring and possibly applying She rudely said we have a 612 month waitlist That was all That is all she said Didnt offer to help sit down with me or ask if I had any questions I understand that its a very small community and Im sure the waitlist is long I work in property management Im actually a leasing consultant myself My company would NEVER allow such rude and horrible customer service I cringe thinking about it I work in a community that has over 250 apartments On averaging about 500 people all by myself You have time to sit down and talk with me with your maybe 100 unit community Drucker and Falk need to spend a little more time training these employees to provide better customer service more ... hide ...

I would give 0 stars if I could The reason for this is because my partner and I were trying to get a place over there We did our process of trying to get approved for the apartment and went back and forth with countless calls and constant corrections that need to be made I get maybe needing to correct 1 or 2 times but over 4 Seriously Get your thing together 2020-06-09T11:46:18Z
