As most will question if these comments are true or not I can say you will have to follow your gut Take this one as a serious review There has been no problems with management VERY quiet so you wont have to worry about people making all types of noise outside but sadly if you live under someone who has children you will run into loud jumping stomping chair dragging throughout the night sometimes at even 2am That can get real frustrating real quick Due to how the floors are built very thin its only so much you can really control honestly there is a noise hours around 11pm Any problems that arise it is fixed and done at a reasonable time frame The apartments itself are great for the price you have to pay There are similar to some of the fancier apartments that want way more money and only offers a 1 bedroom So if your money is tight and you dont want to pay a arm and a leg but still receive a decent place I would HIGHLY suggest considering this place and aim for a top floor or pray that you dont live under a family with 23 kids LOL You might just go crazy Oh and if you want to know if they have bugs You may experience maybe 2 3 in the summer time which I think is normal due to the pool of water and them trying to come from the outside Very minimal but the problem for that is handle very well and youll be fine afterwards The photos are is really how it looks more ... hide ...

Staying at James river flats has truly been a wonderful experience the property is kept Very clean I havent had any problems with my neighbors maintenance really stays on top of repairs and the property management team are always willing to help they are very courteous very welcoming and helpful with any problem Ive had I would definitely recommend this prop 2020-06-12T17:35:20Z

I like the place the management needs some work on how to talk to people and try to rush a person to move a person need to See what they are moving into not on someone word

Highly NOT recommended Stayed there since 2015 and at first everything was okay Management seemed fine and attentive to our needs About 2 years in appliances frequently broke down stayed next to abusive neighbors into which I made several complaints to rent office and was told there was nothing they can do I could only truly get real customer service once I would contact Drucker and Falk to file a complaint or ask question in regards to things that were taking place in the complex Tara has the WORST attitude and should not be in the position she is in not knowing how to deal with the public Ive experienced her nice nasty behavior as well as a referral that wanted to apply who says he was discriminated against upon coming to view the apartment and decided to no longer pursue After 7 years of living in this complex paying my rent on time staying to myself and being a good tenant I recently moved out on my own time because of false allegations made in an attempt to try and terminate my lease wrongfully in which could not be proven in court Tara and Debra both put on a smile in order to try and get tenants through those doors only to truly reveal themselves the minute you choose to stand up to them or call them out on their wrong doing Please think twice before applying here more ... hide ...
