I wont rent from here again Yes the prices are affordable but there is only ONE leasing agent and only ONE maintenance person Edit It does not matter what their official title is this place is UNDERSTAFFEDWhat is worse is that the maintenance and leasing agent are only here half the day they also work at a different apartment complex the other half of the day Corporate says that it is normal for a large apartment complex to only have one leasing agentthis is not normal Both maintenance and leasing agent are overworked and you will never get your phone call answered Not the workers fault but definitely the leasing companies fault You only get your problems solved after CCing corporate Maintenance will say they can come into apartment whenever they want and not give you a heads up with a phone call or voicemail Nonemergency maintenance tickets dont get done for 2 months after you put them in They also say they are renovated Its true they do have nice new kitchen appliances but for everything else you get the landlord special All plugsscrews vents etc painted over Area is good apartments are acceptable but the leasing company needs to provide more workers more ... hide ...

I lived here as a kid about 30 years ago Its section 8 housing but at least we had a place to live I couldnt play outside alone since i would always get in fights with the other kids But I remember walking to the park with my mom and having lots of fun Some of the people were very nice its just a shame others would mess things up The house was big compared t 2018-10-03T23:22:42Z
