I use to live here Gladly broke my lease after 10 long months Way too many people leaving trash and smoking weed in the stairwell and behind the building The walls are paper thin my neighbors had a serious roach problem and always smoked weed but its okay my daughter was only an infant when I lived here smh residents blast music at all times of the day Sadly 2017-06-27T08:09:58Z

Alexis works the front leasing office She is the most unprofessional ghetto leasing manager I have ever came across She never answers the office phone Ive sat there and watch her having a personal call on her cell phone as I stood there for 10 minutes before she helped me She informed me to always call before coming into the office while trying to process my apartment application Ill call for hours and would never get an answer She closes an hour before office hours and she is very rude and snappy She doesnt greet you or look you in the eye when speaking The hallways of the building are very cold The floors are all scratched up and the halls have a terrible stench Theres bums that live under the bridge where you park your cars I waited for a month for Alexis to return my call to inform me if I was approved for the unit or not when she said itll be 15 weeks I called 5x a day and left one email a day EVERYDAY for a week just for her to tell me I make too much money hourly Alexis should be fired The unit she showed me had terribly scratched up wooden cabnits in the kitchen and some units only have the one day window in the entire apartment Literally one window in the living room and theres only one way in and out of the building Which is a terrible fire hazard Theyre only out for application fees Go elsewhere to live more ... hide ...

Please do much research prior to allowing your loved ones to reside in this establishment It is extremely difficult to get in contact with management here Attempting to speak with anyone is like pulling teeth Listening to the tenants they themselves call this a hell hole and that within itself speaks volume

Great Apartments to live in Ive lived here for over 15 years There are some good people that live here The apartments are also Gov Assisted housing which are income priced
