The inside view of my apartment makes up for the outside Maintenance is so so you have to go to the office to report work orders but they work under the management team so they do as they are told I sure The parking is who ever gets home first There are more then enough cockroaches outside even worse at night I dont sit on my balcony anymore at night All thorough summer move in date is May 2021 my AC has been awfully struggling to cool this small apartment One of the maintenance workers told me I had a freon leak still not fixed The last work order I was told an AC contractor was suppose to come fix it not happened that was a month ago As of last night my temp has been on 67 never moved and it was 78 this morning it dropped to 73 There is absolutely no air moving through my vents when I called the emergency maintenance line I was told because temperatures outside are under 85 its not an emergency and someone will fix it on Monday Ok My door does not close all the way I have to open it some just so I can lock it I did receive a new dishwasher because the first one leaked and the spinner kept flipping out and got burned on the heating element in the dishwasher My apt is a 3bedroom large you would think storage would be no problem but you have no space to put linen or pantry space In my kitchen I have a small double door cabinets over stove a small double door cabinet over the fridge and 1 large double door cabinet on the wall beside the fridge 1Large double door cabinet under sink The 2nd dishwasher is still leaking so the wood under the cabinet has funny smell My kitchen sink window is missing the bottom ledge of the window There is an onsite laundry unit but I have never used it No washer and dryer is a major inconvenience for me I left a homeless shelter with my family before moving here after my home was sold due to COVID I cried so many nights because I have been ignored by management and even Newport News housing authority There were so many red flags upon moving in but the shelter only gives you a small time frame to move Im sure they knew I had no optionsnMy life had to continue so I couldnt allow these mishaps to take what strength I have to fight for my familyI still report findings and will do so until move so I want be charged for any already existing damages I hope this truthful review helps someone more ... hide ...

No hell no I would not recommend this property to live They have roaches they dont clean the breezeways Little kids throw food and trash in the breezeways and it just stays there and draws bugs into your house The front doors on the apartments have gaps to where roaches and other insects comes through it No parking spaces to park your cars other residents th 2021-10-08T20:41:33Z
No hell no I would not recommend this property to live They have roaches they dont clean the breezeways Little kids throw food and trash in the breezeways and it just stays there and draws bugs into your house The front doors on the apartments have gaps to where roaches and other insects comes through it No parking spaces to park your cars other residents that dont have stickers park they cars wherever they want and they cars dont get towed All this money over 120000 rent just went up and they dont do nothing but want more money Residents stealing packages off of other people porches or front of their doors Rental office dont care because it aint their stuff being stolen I do not recommend this property Run away from this property move out dont rent trashy apartments New management dont help aint no need to even call more ... hide ...

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place Ive lived The rental office doesnt answer the phone nor return calls when youve left a voicemail Also when you call the corporate office and leave messages for them they dont answer or return calls Its like a lack of caring or concern from both parts I am a resident and I have experienced rental office workers not file nor put my renewal paperwork in so they put me on a month to month lease I ask for the manager at the rental office and she says shes going to handle it but she doesnt and I receive notices and court papers on my door saying I owe and Ive never been late on my rent The manager gets smart with you This is the worst I think rental office workersmanagers and corporate individuals need to have a meeting and make some serious changes in their staff and how they do things when it comes to respect and they do there work more ... hide ...
