Applied for a 2bdrm apartment after relocating back to the area I was contacted by the property manager Virginia White that I had two evictions on my rental history which was incorrect She stated that I needed to show proof of this information being incorrect I went ahead and did just that knowing I can get the proof rental ledgers dating back 20172020 from 2020-10-15T14:05:20Z
Applied for a 2bdrm apartment after relocating back to the area I was contacted by the property manager Virginia White that I had two evictions on my rental history which was incorrect She stated that I needed to show proof of this information being incorrect I went ahead and did just that knowing I can get the proof rental ledgers dating back 20172020 from previous landlords Emailed all proof I even went to the courts and there was NOTHING NO EVICTIONS whatsoever which I already knew After doing all of that I was still denied even after having all proof When I asked Ms White what tenant software they used to show rental history she was able to give me that information but the fishy thing about that was when pulling up the name she gave me on google it was no where to be found No name of the software to be found Wasnt even able to see what she saw I was very displeased at how everything was handled Based on how everything was handled it was border line DISCRIMINATION Based off the information she saw on her end And not acknowledging the fact I had proof that the information was not correct I dont even know the revised reason of denial after all proof given smh more ... hide ...

The representatives were very friendly and helpful I always dread going to the DMV but not anymore thanks ladies if I could post your names I would SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
