I was a tenant from 22020 to 7312021 it was bad from start to finish my apartment was Not move in ready there was no refrigerator inside walls were dirty holes chipped paint Capet had stains bathroom was DIRTY a mess old appliances etc corporate was contacted and deducted like 50000 off Nothing was fixed due to COVID My lease was up in Feb 2021 I never recei 2021-11-10T19:19:19Z
I was a tenant from 22020 to 7312021 it was bad from start to finish my apartment was Not move in ready there was no refrigerator inside walls were dirty holes chipped paint Capet had stains bathroom was DIRTY a mess old appliances etc corporate was contacted and deducted like 50000 off Nothing was fixed due to COVID My lease was up in Feb 2021 I never received a renewal so I called and was told they are behind working on Dec and how they are new and playing catch up There have been so many new people taking over and not knowing whats going on I was told to just let the lady know if I would vacate I go in person filled out form and put a notice in to vacate Was told it takes up to 45days for your deposit I been getting run around about it every since Corporate will not return my calls nor my emails Ester Cox I received a call from Tiffany from the office saying corporate told her I broke my lease I was not in a lease to break so it doesnt make sense She then states tax credit can automatically renew you not accurate so I go in person yesterday and asked for a copy of the lease so now I discover a lease was forged and placed into my file without my signature I contacted a lawyer and will be suing this company If you know better and want better ignore this place it is not worth the stress more ... hide ...

Whispering Oaks have great cusomter service help the place is nice and neighborhood is quiet Mrs Ebony is a sweetheart and she helped me get threw this process with no hesitation she is a big help and she takes her job very serious at what she does the community is beautiful and its going to be a blessing staying out this neighborhood For any help I recommen 2022-02-22T18:02:56Z
