Just got off the phone with management because the leasing agent who answered the phone was VERY rude I called to inquire about any available units and she began asking me for my information and proceeded to ask me where I work Confused I asked why that was apart of giving me the vacancy list She got very nasty and said its a tax credit and you need to qualify so I need to make sure you can pay I understand what a tax credit unit is I work as a housing locator but even with tax credit your place of work isnt a factor when just inquiring about the availability of a unit When I asked if there was someone else I could speak to you the woman would not put anyone else on the phone I asked if I could speak to management and she began telling her assistant manager in the background that I was the one being rude After hearing this I asked Maam are you serious I wasn and she put me on hold in the middle of me speaking to her After she picked the phone back up I asked if I could speak to the manager She told me that the manager did not want to get on the phone with me I said as a possible future tenant please tell the Manager that I would like to speak with her She said nothing and transferred the call The assistant manager Mary was very sweet and understanding when I explained the situation and that I worked for a nonprofit company and I know what a tax credit is and all my clients would qualify however I just wanted to know if you had anything available I decided I will call Mary back tomorrow and try and move forwardnnWORD OF ADVICE for management If the office staff isnt pleasant or being rude to people who call you will not get people who want to rent with you Thus leaving bad reviews Please fix this
