Ive lived here for almost 8 years and it has been a lot of ups and downs From no security to the corporate office being very unprofessional This place needs help Safety is a big issue and until recently they started to have a security presence that only comes at certain times in which the drug dealers and consumers know the times and work around that The staff in the office arent socially at ALL The girl at the desk sits there on her phone all day and cant explain or respond to tenants with clarification let alone look you in the eye while the other lady walks around with an unpleasant facial expression Corporate doesnt do what is expected as a entity they take advantage of the people there as it pertains to maintenance issues and when vacating its ridiculous The only staff who is pleasant is the maintence lady Theres outbreaks of bedbugs here and they make the tenant pay for it verses look at other issues or even investigating beforehand The old staff were awesome verbally communicated and took care of what need to be taken care of The walls are thin the halls smell and theres nothing modern about this building whatsoever Oh and that elevator they keep fixing at it as a pose to reinstalling a new one its ashame that when it breaks down the handicapped elderly and disabled have to find other measures Im soooo glad Im outta there and wouldnt recommend it to anyone they get you with the location and semi cheap rent but it aint worth it in the end Ive endured living here this long because of my own personal reasons but trust me its always been in my mind to get up outta there more ... hide ...

Its a great place to live but the office staff is impossible to contact My grandmother use to live there for about a month before she passed and now its a headache trying to get her security deposit back because no one is ever in the office That is very bad business
