Its very quiet minus the bad kids in Oakland village which is basically on a shared property no bugs not too far from stores and a great school district Maintanence are prompt good sized apt but the walls are thin but the rent is cheap and I love it here I thought it was a scam at first but Ive been here a year and havent had any issues

Roaches inadequate heat in the winter poorly sealed windows numerous burglaries and vandalism committed in my residence rude lazy property managers constant bullying by other tenants I had my property destroyed by the man next door was attacked by another tenants Staffordshire Terrier and had still another tenant screaming in my face calling me vile names constantlynothing was done about it The water coming out of the rusty pipes tastes terrible there is zero water pressure and the water is tepid not hot coming from the faucets My refrigerator was infested with roaches when I moved in and the apartment had blood splatter all over the place I was never told that the tenant before me was severely beaten in that apartment and later died The place was filthy and fly larva hatched just days after I took possession Maintaince is sporadic and repairs can take anywhere from a month to a year or never happen at all The property managers do nothing but sit behind the locked office doorwhen they arent being rude and dishonest Darian Hewlett in particular is EXTREMELY rude and ineffectual but Lourdes Basco is the type of person that will lie with a straight face while looking you in the eye The best thing that has happened to me in years was finding a nonrenewal notice on my welcome mat just 5 days before Christmas If they were trying to insult me by doing that Lourdes and Darrian failed miserably Stay Away from this place The rent for a 2 BR is now 1200 a month in a crimeinfested neighborhood where gun fire is par for the course and drug dealers conduct their business out in the open in broad daylight more ... hide ...

I lived in the apartment complex for a year and they are bug a boos they will come in your apartment early in the morning and wake you up out your sleep If you got kids especially small ones they like to put there hands on the walls well I scrub the walls and there hand prints wont come off they got mad about that and on top it all off they make it seem like 2017-07-14T21:49:15Z

Please be aware everyone had missing rent money and the previous property manager has been stealing everyones money orders The people here are taking advantage of due to them having vouchers and income limits

I have a family member that lives in this building If you have a 55 plus family member please please dont not recommend this placewhen my family member moved in it was filthy the bathroom and kitchen is absolutley deplorable If they are in a wheel chair there is no way possible they can take a bath They have to pay to wash clothes and theres only one washer 2022-09-14T17:10:10Z

eh very rude tonenI did not feel welcomed I felt like I was being bothersomenUSUALLY when I call properties with no availability the leasing person politely apologizes and asks when I plan on moving this woman did not I will never call again I only gave 1 star because I had to rate so that I can post this
