We have been living at The Timbers for over 7 12 years now The office staff is friendly always great to help Debbie is wonderful The maintenance crew is awesome very quick We have been very happy here

I cant really comment on much about these apartments because I only did a drive by There was garbage all over the place and the landscaping is not well kept I know the price is low but I dont think thats an excuse to have a dirty complex I will not be staying here

For starters they cleaned the refrigerator freezer with simple green while it was still frozen Number 2 would be the two times a giant cockroach appeared on the floor near the bathroom It looked like someone had sprayed roach killer on it in another unit and it ended up dying in my unit Like I said that happened twice in about two years There was roach killer calking around the ceiling molding before I moved in but I didnt know what it was then Dead roaches in the storage space above the laundry room Number 3 would be someone damaged the air intake on my motorcycle Looked like they used a hammer since it was smashed Number 4 weird neighbors Also someone kept messing with my rear view mirrors on my motorcycle I rode every day A lot of the time I had to re adjust them Just plain weird I left and never looked back Bad part of town so I guess that explains a lot more ... hide ...

My sisters aptis being worked on by jack legNo water at all tore up her kitchen no stove no sink put carpet over noticeably big humps The apt is a wreck and hasnt had water in days The rent is sky high and now it is not worth it after all she has been thruJUST SAY NO to jack legs
