I hate these apartments Aside from them not keeping up with the outside of the apartments They just recently closed the gates again They do not monitor the gates so anybody can literally still get in They put notices on your door days after they drew the notice up Then dont show on none of the days provided Then this morning they entered my boyfriends home w 2021-09-03T22:06:40Z
I hate these apartments Aside from them not keeping up with the outside of the apartments They just recently closed the gates again They do not monitor the gates so anybody can literally still get in They put notices on your door days after they drew the notice up Then dont show on none of the days provided Then this morning they entered my boyfriends home without his knowledge to fix the fridge that he complained to them about last week They did not inform him that they where coming inside let alone come in a whole week AFTER he said something No one announced themselves No one left a notice saying theyve been in NOTHING Im sick of the back and forth with these apartments They keep switching managers for the office but nothing has changed The office is super unprofessional and tell you what needs to be said Like there is supposed to be a no pet policy Literally almost everyone that lives here has a dog Ive seen more dogs than cats My boyfriend also went to the office to renew the lease and he said a woman walked in with 2 of her dogs They need to do better This place is worse than Midlothian village Its another set of projects And they treat them as such more ... hide ...

I would give zero stars if possible Ive been here for a year and when my lease is up Ill be leaving Apartments literally inside and hallways are infested with roaches Weve even tried bombing and there wasnt even a slight change to the amount of bugs Maintenance takes their sweet time fixing issues and dont even thoroughly fix the problem Everything is old an 2021-07-06T18:49:38Z

Im not a resident In March I originally came there to see and apply for a one bedbath with a loft but was told I didnt make enough I filled out an inquiry sheet and they told me I would put me on a waiting list for when a one bedbath came available Months went by but I never heard from them Since they dont have a website I would check Apartmentscom and saw t 2021-08-01T22:46:51Z
Im not a resident In March I originally came there to see and apply for a one bedbath with a loft but was told I didnt make enough I filled out an inquiry sheet and they told me I would put me on a waiting list for when a one bedbath came available Months went by but I never heard from them Since they dont have a website I would check Apartmentscom and saw they had one coming available in August So I emailed to see if I could apply for it and that I was put on the waiting list She ignored that part completely but told me I could come in applynI came in the next day saw the model apartment the carpet was dirty and applied the same day First they said they would get response in five days then they told me two daysnI waited a week but didnt hear from them so I called to see about my application Ive talked to these people three times and they come up with a new lie every timenFirst lie was that my application was sent off and they were still waiting to hear backnSecond lie they call me the next day and said they hadnt sent off my application because the date was wrong and they wanted to double check before they sent it offnThe third lie after like three weeks I called to see about my application and no one answered so I called back again She finally picked up and said the office is backed up and shes called them three times about my application and hasnt heard anythingnIts August and I still no exactly as much as I did last month NothingnGiven these reviews Im just going to chalk it up as God is looking out for me I gave up They took my money and probably threw the application in the trashnI will say I know someone who lives there and she loves it never had any problems with them Her only complaint is she wants something bigger more ... hide ...

Ive lived here about 1 year now and things are great Ms Diane Office management and Mr Carlos Maintenance are always friendly and quick to respond Ms Diane is also known to have treatsgoodies for the fur babies and treats the children here as if they were her own The townhouses are fairly quiet occasional noise from neighbors but nothing too loud No issues 2022-01-16T20:23:17Z
Ive lived here about 1 year now and things are great Ms Diane Office management and Mr Carlos Maintenance are always friendly and quick to respond Ms Diane is also known to have treatsgoodies for the fur babies and treats the children here as if they were her own The townhouses are fairly quiet occasional noise from neighbors but nothing too loud No issues with pest and was surprisingly very clean I still cleaned to make myself feel more comfortable Parking provided in front of your home w visitor spaces throughout the lot Grounds are well kept no trash in the parking lots Dumpsters and dog bins emptied regularly Theres also a pool that is open during the summer and very clean The area is quiet and located about a 5min drive from White Oak village which has shoppinggrocery and food There is enough police presence in the surrounding area deterring crime As a single female Ive never felt unsafe here and can warm my car on cold days without much fear of my vehicle being taken still watch your vehicle just in case Rent to me is reasonably priced and consistent unlike with other complexes more ... hide ...
