Im a homeless vet Ive had a place since two Fridays ago only waiting an inspection and the one guy that does inspections has not called me now hes doing it out of spite it feels one of the worst exsperences of my life theres no compassion there theres actually contempt its impossible to help people if you have no compassion and dont care for them

I recently moved into Ferncliff South I like my 2 BR apartment very much Thats the only reason for my 3 stars But the building I moved into has got to be THE WORST building in this place The family that lives above me Im on the second floor has got to be the loudest wildest rudest people in this entire complex The kids literally stomp the their floor repeatedly so hard that it rattles the light fixtures on my ceiling rattles the stove eyes on my stove I feel the strong vibrations in my feet on my floor I often wonder if my downstairs neighbor hears this and thinks its me The adults upstairs argue scream and cuss each other almost on a daily basis right in front of the kids Oh and about 3 or 4 days after I moved in I found a bullet hole in one of my living room windowsnI spent about months in an apartment on the North side a little over a year ago and it was NOTHING like this I was so very disappointed to discover the South side is nothing like the North I really regret not waiting a little longer for an apartment to be available on the North side Im living in hell on a daily basisnIf youre thinking about moving to Ferncliff stay away from the South side Particularly building F more ... hide ...

I love living here It is not especially noisy and they are relatively quick with the maintenance The management is helpful and friendly When I moved in I was particularly glad about the reasonable rent which is subsidized and the spacious apartment which has central heat and air with spacious bedroom walkin closet The apartments have dishwashers and a very 2020-09-17T03:23:13Z
