I have live in a studio apartment at this complex for 35 years This was my first place to rent and I am glad I took a chance on it I put a deposit on the place without being able to look at the apartment Office staff and Maintenance have been wonderful very polite generous and attentive My neighbors where friendly and were not nosy Maintenance was able to w 2013-03-05T22:40:32Z
I have live in a studio apartment at this complex for 35 years This was my first place to rent and I am glad I took a chance on it I put a deposit on the place without being able to look at the apartment Office staff and Maintenance have been wonderful very polite generous and attentive My neighbors where friendly and were not nosy Maintenance was able to work with my special requests of hours working night shift and left notes for me to let me know they were in my apartment when I was not present Pool appears nice never had the opportunity to swim Very pet friendly and supply bags at the pet station Parking is decent No real problems at all Management is awesome with all my questions and able to work with me on changing my leasing terms I would highly recommend and have recommended this place to othersnOnly Con I asked about the edge of my door being fixed I could see light through the cracks a little lady bug crawling in and the draft when its chilly They said they fixed it but I have the same problem minus the bugs Didnt really bother me too much more ... hide ...

I have lived in Ashton Heights for a number of years The staff is friendly and are the only thing I miss about the apartments The apartments all have roaches the kids run lose and to get anything fixed takes a very long time The one site laundry room is WAY overpriced and most of the time only 23 washers or dryers work and its only open during office hours M 2018-05-24T05:18:32Z

I would not recommend living here to anyone Slum lords Most if not all apartments have mold When I shower the water leaks through my ceiling into the kitchen They never answer the phone so dont even try calling even though they are sitting in the office
