I posted a review a few months ago and realized i accidentally deleted it Ive been living here for 3 months and so far everythings been good Its pretty quite and peaceful During our initial leasing process Lena helped us She was so helpful and always ontop of everything I would always call and ask specifically for her due to her great customer service skill 2022-04-12T19:06:43Z

I have been living in Bayue for 5 years now and they have never replaced my carpet or painted the walls When I call for maintenance it takes time for them to come out If they find things wrong with the apartment they want to charge you for everything knowing that you have being living there for 5 years they expect the apartment to be just the way you got it 2022-03-04T13:48:34Z
I have been living in Bayue for 5 years now and they have never replaced my carpet or painted the walls When I call for maintenance it takes time for them to come out If they find things wrong with the apartment they want to charge you for everything knowing that you have being living there for 5 years they expect the apartment to be just the way you got it Last year the Fire Marshall told the office that the balcony is unsafe to use Since last year they told me they would fix it but up to now it still has not been fixed They continue to send letters saying they will fix it but up to now they have not repaired it When I request maintenance I am told what the outcome will be However the outcome does not happen When I call back to follow up with the request they have changed the outcome and want to charge me for the maintenance requestnThe maintenance requests that I submitted lately are not being taken care of because they want to charge me It upsets me and it is stressful to deal with the whole staff They do not respect the residents rights to live in a safeclean environment Do not even look for a apartment here because you will not feel welcome and get unnecessary charges more ... hide ...

I have been living in this community for almost a year and it has been wonderful This is one of the best priced apartment complexes in Woodbridge and the location is superb I was immediately welcomed my Mrs Elizabeth who really helped me with the entire leasing process I had over paid on my initial deposit and she immediately helped me with the math and refunded my money None of the other rental offices I have dealt with in the past have been so helpful and responsive The maintenance man is ALWAYS running about and working so hard to keep the grounds and residents happy He is seriously amazing I rarely ever hear my upstairs neighbors unless something heavy is dropped There are some noise issues from the Parkway but nothing a fan or a tv cant drown out These apartments are very clean and they do their best to keep pests out The office does a great job of communicating events and maintenance visits They also offer recycling After choosing to live on my own I am so glad I chose the Crossings at Summerland more ... hide ...

I called to try to aid in making sure that the seniors there have a Warm meal for Thanksgiving and after answering the questions from the guessing the secretary or desk clerk the Property Manager got on the phone very Blunt and Before I could respond completely she Stated We DONT need your Services and hung up the phone and Yes I called back to get her name 2021-11-23T20:32:33Z
