We have lived here for over 5 years never had an issue with calling management surrounding maintenance issues at home Up until the new management who began working here several months ago The new manager at the office is unpolite to our complaints when we call We try to deal with her politely and softly to not get a snap back from her either way she will throw subtle shady responses For instance a letter to residents was never sent that we had a new online system that allowed for a maintenance request so of course residents will continue to call the office to request maintenance Whenever you explain to her what is happening she will response with something along the lines what do you mean your___ or where is the issue coming from like how are residents suppose to know where the cause of an issue is arriving from besides what they see We are fed up with the management she seems as if she is mad in the position she is in everyday If you do not like your occupation just transfer somewhere else Past Management have always been kind We hope the lady in the office can get it together or be removed from her position We are unpleased with the ladys ways and will be talking to higher ups for our concerns as many reviews have commented the same issue with the new management more ... hide ...

I want to start off to thanks Ms Nell Brittany and Michelle for helping me with my maintenance request and things that needed to get fixed in my home Their professionalism and quick response makes everything easynThe reason I give this place a 4 star has nothing to do with the front office staff because theyre amazing but getting the run around for 10 month 2022-09-22T23:43:54Z

I pulled in to complex to turn around and was immediately stared down by an older african american man on a golf cart as if i didnt belong i called there office to complain this incident and one lady told me the manager wasnt in i could leave a voicemail and to call back and she would let it go to to voicemail so i called back and another lady answered she said she was a different person and told me there was no voicemail and no manager was there when got mad at her she put me on speaker where another lady spoke saying she was the assistant manager to the office and was complaining about me getting mad I dont know whats wrong with this office but there maintenance staff are not welcoming and for the office honesty and the ability to handle complaints are not there strongpoints more ... hide ...

This place is ridiculous Where do I starttrash always piled up unless of course the building is being inspected then they will leave harassing notes on your door to keep it clean _ There is no need for flipflops in summer because if you walk on the tile in the bathroom or kitchendining area the tile will stick to your feet even after several visits to the p 2016-10-25T22:27:41Z
This place is ridiculous Where do I starttrash always piled up unless of course the building is being inspected then they will leave harassing notes on your door to keep it clean _ There is no need for flipflops in summer because if you walk on the tile in the bathroom or kitchendining area the tile will stick to your feet even after several visits to the point I just gave up and played puzzle games with my daughter to put them back in place Maintenance although a nice guy was often in my apartment fixing testing or inspecting different things without notifying me first Twice it had something to do with an adjacent apartment Confirmation tickets emails are sent out when you have requested work done in your apartmenthowever I would get the email weeks after they had been to fix anything no idea what that was about Ohhhhhh where do I end It is a gated community however the gate NEVER works One time is was programmed to be down during the day hours and up at night shaking my head the pool is a complete and utter joke The pool was open maybe 20 total days of summer it never lasted one full week without being closed for repair of some sort I gave up home on this being anything other than a dressed up joke On top of a horrible ran place the parking is horrificthey claim to have a tow service contracted but the only car I had every seen towed away was MINEthey apparently ran out of resident stickers when I moved in and so they never gave me one A complete joke Sorry I ever thought I would find a hidden treasure in this place Check out yelpI will soon put pics up of my stay here Stay far far away Maintenance RG and Will and Marsha in the leasing office rocks always easy to talk to even under heated circumstances I wish I could take them to my new place _ more ... hide ...

There has been a shift in management overall at the community They no longer have an onsite maintenance crew daily however contractors come when called by leasing office not sure at this time the frequency of their visits But I was asked to rate the service for maintenance I just requested and received The came in a timely manner after requesting and service 2022-02-21T14:45:34Z
