I occupied a space at this apartment complex for just about three years I recognize that the cost of living in WA is incredibly expensive so coming across the Meadows on Lea Hill is a huge help to anyone considering the rates here for 12 3 bedrooms I will say though this apartment complex caters to those with a lower income all persons should be treated with dignity and respect It is my preference to always write positive Google reviews but I am also honest I didnt have the absolute worst experience living here but it wasnt the best either The parking here was one of the harder issues With 90 units there are roughly 4045 parking spots You are able to park on the street but often times this leaves your vehicle more susceptible to someone breaking into it my car was broken into and I also witnessed the aftermath of someones tires being stolen from their car leaving it on rocks from parking on the street I cant count how many times Ive come out to see residents cars with tow stickers on them directly from the residential manager As if having your car towed through financially hard times during a pandemic is any help to any of us These units are fairly small but appropriate for a little family I had to submit multiple maintenance requests for the ceiling in the restroom coming apart due to condensation even with leaving the restroom door open after showers as instructed Though there are some points with neighbors being noisy it was also easy to chat with them about quieting down There are some awesome residents who live here and it brings somewhat of a family dynamic to the apartment community PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF THE UNIT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN AND DEFINITELY ONCE YOU MOVE OUT This will help you with your deposit refunding I cleaned the unit multiple times before moving out and still ran into cleaning fees regardless of its great condition when I vacated Jay is one of the best maintenance guys in the WORLD He is very friendly and goes above and beyond for any unit repairs he can tend to Each encounter I had with Yesenia was pleasant and she was always eager to assist me Alisa is an intense residential manager and should be approached with high caution Overall my rating for this complex is a 25 stretching for a 3Please refer to ApartmentRatings website to see additional reviews more ... hide ...

This place is alright for the most part but I will say the management isnt the best with the way they communicate with their residents about certain things and the manger can be very rude and disrespectful They also dont have any trees here and its very hot with no shade so it looks so Oln and boring and they nit pick about so much minor things You have to a 2022-08-24T22:53:01Z

I actually reside here and everybody leaves negative remarks but to be honest its what you make of it Its all about perspective and what you can stand Of course being a low income property I say this with sarcasm it brings negative energy and yes bad things do happen but so does good The whole world is pretty messed up right now but I still try to be opt 2023-02-15T15:57:54Z

I live in apartment 529 Apartment 429 has been roasting me out then shutting it off Going back and forth night and day She wont let me sleep Management will not stop her Shes free to harass me 20211 week in oct and 1 week in nov The whole week from 10 pm to 7 am she made banging noises When I open my window she stinks my apartment out with a cigar This 2023-01-04T23:11:18Z

Rina from the apartments gave me information about the EPRAP after I was layed off last year which helped me pay my rent for 4 months able to catch up on other bills along with being able to save Life saver Amazing team here at the apartments Now named Odona homes

if a negative score a choice id give Lived here 5mos ago because my gf qualified for the low income housing and this place was the only place she could settle for in the time being soon as we arrived fooled by the exterior but the community is just as bad as anyone can imagine just like many others had reviewed kids running around wo supervision every other 2023-01-16T18:57:13Z
if a negative score a choice id give Lived here 5mos ago because my gf qualified for the low income housing and this place was the only place she could settle for in the time being soon as we arrived fooled by the exterior but the community is just as bad as anyone can imagine just like many others had reviewed kids running around wo supervision every other few days thered some verbal exchange between neighbors teenage boys hung around corners pretending they are in a rap music video parking was bad only one dumpster in the center of the whole community every throws trash NEAR the dumpster and never cared to toss it in loud cars with loud music driving through the complex at 2am and has zero considerate of others not to mention shootings on the complex a few times in month of Nov This made us prepared ourselves with firearms of our ownjust in case to sum it all up its a newer version of the project the unit itself is fine we were grateful to have a place to live but community is the extreme opposite the security this community has is also one of the wannabes driving a beat up Taurus and pretend to secure the place but half the time we dont see them patrol the area since we moved out we made sure we didnt breach of contract and end up with a breaking the lease fee received couple of emails indicating we DO in fact owe breaking the lease contacted the office to clarify the mgmtn ensured us no need to worry about these notifications according to their ledger we only owe the moveout maint fee now a third email received on MLK day of course when you try to call back to dispute the office is closed just added another stress on top of other things to deal with this so our credit scores dont get scorched if anyone hoping to rent here DONT if you anyone wished to be living among the ghettos DO so because the office knows even they enforce it no one in the community would care or be considerate enough because well they are the uneducated ones that live there so dont expect anyone be considerate andits Auburn what do you expect more ... hide ...
