We lived at the Meadows apartments for a year before we had to relocate for worknnWe loved our spacious comfortable and affordable apartment from the first moment we stepped in there and saw the duck pond from the living room door to the balconynnIt was a delight to be able to watch the view the seasons change the sun rise and the wild life at the pond from our porch We did move in during the winter and it was very quiet It does get noisier in the summer with the ducks bull frogs and kids running around but these are all sounds that I like hearing so it wasnt an issue for mennThe one thing that I would change if I could was the insanely long paperwork process we had to go through to rent the apartment We had no clue what we were getting into and probably wouldnt go through it if we knew so its good that we didnt Thats not on the company its the state requirements for this type of rentalnnFortunately for us Jim the office manager helped us with every needed step He truly has endless patience and were super grateful for his professional help and support throughout the whole process and generally the whole time we lived therennJim also handled every request we had for things that needed to be fixed in the house very quickly and we very much appreciated having Casey the maintenance man with a huge heart come over and take care of things when needednnAll together we liked the location the neighborhood the apartment the view the price and the good service we got from Jim and Casey so I recommend this place to anyone who is willing to go though the lengthy required rental process more ... hide ...

I absolutely love living here Its a clean complex with minimal noise If something breaks they are on it really quickly to fix it right the first time and the maintenance guy is friendly and clean actually KNOWS what hes doing The Management Jon and Misty are delightful They make living here better than any other home Ive ever rented and Im an old lady My ONLY issue and warning for other physically disabled persons seeking housing This is NOT a complex that is truly handicap friendly They rent the very few ADA units to perfectly abled persons Very understandable business wise But as usualnit makes it much harder for those like me with mobility issues to find housing Im not cutting this complex down I LOOOOVE LIVING HERE Im simply saying IF you need space for walkers or wheelchairs andor a vehicle with a wheelchair lift size of apartments and parking spaces are very small Honestly even the ADA specified units are very small as well Bathrooms are huge though which is really nice Parking is extremely limited and spot sizes are miniscule you pretty much have to have a compact or smaller vehicle more ... hide ...

UPDATE Contacted the main office and they were able to work with my grandma to get her down from the top floor Very kind and worked with us to quickly remedy the situation Thank you very much Woodrose ApartmentsnnGrandma lives here on the top floor it is so hot up there its unbearable They said it will cost her to move to lower levels crazy
